Cosy little condominium near everything. Owners are very helpful and always answered very fast.

Pros: The apt/condo was clean and comfortable for two people. We had everything we needed. It was nice to hang out on the very large porch in the early morning and afternoon to relax and view wildlife. We saw Macaws fly by all day and had visits from Capuchin Monkeys right on the roof in front of us. The Howler Monkeys woke us every morning. The location of the condo is perfect for wildlife, walking distance to fantastic restaurants and easy access to the city bus which can take you to the beaches. and park. Possible con: You do need to be aware and able to navigate the many stairs to the pool and or your vehicle if parked below. Con: nothing against the condo itself, but maybe the entire complex: We did not want to spend too much time at the pool due to a sewer smell. We would use it after returning from our day at the beach, but did not want to spend more time than taking a quick dip.

Good location, restaurants & amenities. Can hear the birds and monkeys, great views from the hammock! Our family (especially our 2 children) enjoyed the games, pool & stay!!

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und obwohl es gut gereinigt war, roch es sehr moderig. In Bad und Schlafzimmer waren Flecken an der Decke, die Schimmel und Ursache des Geruches sein könnten. Tolle Veranda mit super Blick. Nähe zur Straße und einigen Restaurants produziert viel Verkehrslärm, intensive Küchengerüche und abends viel Gelächter und Livemusik. Im NP ist man nach 5min Fahrzeit. Parkplätze hat die Wohnanlage eigene und es war immer einer frei. Fußweg durch einige Treppen zum Apartment relativ beschwerlich. Warmwasser ging am ersten Tag nicht, Fön defekt, wurde aber vom Manager schnell ersetzt. Bei Dunkelheit kann man von außen wegen defektem Lamellenfenster in die Dusche blicken. Für Exhibitionisten tolle Sache. Insgesamt noch okay, jedoch nicht für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

We are a family of three and this place was great for us. The only downside was the pool was closed while there even though it was advertised and never informed that it would be closed. No big deal though. Walking distance to so many good restaurants! Plus a great super mercado right next door. We explored all the nearby beaches and did a tour of the park. All of it was convenient from here, but we did have a car. We always found a parking spot despite the business. We had monkeys come up to the patio and the view is amazing.

Our experience with Anna and Richard's apartment was great. Good instructors before getting to the place, lots of support from property manager Henry. The only issue was unreliable internet - if this is an important aspect, I would consider having a Plan B for that. Otherwise, location, view, amenities and overall experience was great. Thank you.

Una gran experiencia a pesar del error en la reserva de la habitación de la primera noche. Se nos dio comunicación de principio a fin y posibilidad de decidir qué deseábamos hacer con nuestra reserva. Todo el personal fue amable y atento. La villa estaba impecable y tenía una gran vista al mar, excelente distribución de espacio. 100% recomendado

Richard avait même pris soin de nous envoyer de la documentation à la maison avant notre départ. Une enveloppe remplie de trucs et astuces pour que notre séjour au Costa Rica soit agréable! The property was wonderful - very clean and comfortable and centrally located. Both the owner and his property manager were very friendly and communicative both before and during our trip. Richard even sent us a large envelope full of tips and tricks for our visit a few weeks ahead of time. The property itself was everything we wanted for our trip. That said, the Manuel Antonio area was probably our least favorite part of the trip. However much you think food/drinks/etc will cost, double it at minimum.. we came here from Santa Teresa and it was like night and day difference in cost, and general vibe. It was VERY touristy and Americanized here and we didn’t feel like we got much of an authentic local vibe from the general area. Depending on what you are wanting out of your vacation this may or may not be for you. The beaches are lovely and the national park is a must see.. we just didn’t care much for the rest of town.

We had a wonderful time in manual Antonio, it was a very memorable experience.. we loved the place..was really nice had a beautiful view only complaint would be the bed was kind hard and the ceiling fan with noisy other than that we had a wonderful time .... we would do it again

We had a wonderful stay at Richard & Anna's place! The unit had everything we needed including an amazing view. We saw a variety of birds, monkeys and geckos all from the porch. The unit is in a great location, right next to a supermarket and in walking distance to many great restaurants/stores. The reception office helped us organize excursions and helped answer any questions. Wish we had longer to stay! Would highly recommend.

We have been to Costa Rica several times and this was our first time in theManuel Antonio park area.The property is clean, well organized and comfortable. We appreciated the coffee that was provided. The towels were all very thick and soft. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, utensils and pots and pans that are needed. There is a small grocery store next door and several restaurants nearby.Booking and check in and out all were easy. Our host even sent a welcome package to our home a few weeks before check in.It is a 2 km steep walk down to the beach. You can take a bus back up for 335 colones.The view from the unit is beautiful. We saw several types of monkies and birds. We were lucky enough to see baby turtles make their way to the beach one evening on our walk.The area is very busy and noisy at night due to traffic and restaurants.

They also had a wonderful binder full of information that helped the visitors navigate the area with their favorite hotspots. It was a great experience and you can’t beat the hammock on the deck for relaxing in the afternoon and drinking your coffee in the morning.

This was a great location to enjoy Manuel Antonio National Park and the nearby beaches. It was easy and cheap to take a local bus down the hill each day or you can walk. Clean and cozy place. It was nice to have amenities like coffee, beach towels, board games, and a hammock! David, who manages the property was very helpful and gave good recommendations for tours. The internet was spotty, but we spent most of our time at the condo watching monkeys and birds from the deck!

We stayed here in March of 2018 for a week. We took the bus from San Jose and had a great trip over! We loved how easy and inexpensive it was and I wanted the kids to experience public travel in a new country! The view in the picture is exactly what you look at as soon as you open the door and it's almost impossible to stop looking at it!! The condo is good sized and we felt perfectly comfortable. The fridge is a great size and there's a grocery store a hop skip and a jump away! We used the big table every night to play Monopoly! The kids learned to disconnect and instead we connected! The city bus is really easy to use, inexpensive, and goes right to the national park! The public beach is a fun experience, but pretty crowded and has bigger waves. The national park is a bit of a walk to get in, but SO worth it once you're there! The water is clear, the waves are fun but more calm, the surroundings are pristine and the monkeys are just awesome! We walked past the first beach to the actual Manuel Antonio beach and we saw just tons of monkeys! To come home to this place was relaxing and the air conditioning was a real treat! David, who manages the complex, is helpful, kind, and very welcoming! The restaurants are amazing, but pretty expensive and since we were there for spring break, they were pretty crowded. We searched out smaller more local places and found the BEST Casado ever at El Angel! It's like a delicious home cooked meal ! We went back twice! Costa Rican people are amazing people and so kind and helpful! We can't wait to go back!!!
