Huge, clean and well equipped apartment. Good contact with the owner. Great location very close to the shop. There are many restaurants and places to walk in the area. Perfect place to spend your holidays.

It was a very nice apartment located in Cala Ratjada center. Close to the beaches (sand or rocks), shops, restaurants. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single. In addition there is a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a coach and balcony. It is perfect for a family 2+2. A space in garage, small but still better than the public road is included so you don't have to be worried about the parking. The whole kitchen equipment was there so you can cook, eat and drink. Easy check-in and check-out, even in late hours, keys can be collected from a metal box and left on a table last day when you leave the apartment. Fexible check-out, we could stay in the apartment till 4pm last day. No issues with cold or hot water, no issues with electricity. Stable and fast internet connection. Hi-Fi and TV available, even small wireless speaker. It was a really nic stay there. Highly recommended !!

A bit noisy in the night (Friday-Sunday) especially that bedroom with double bed. That room is exposed to the public street and there are parties and restaurants outside. If you use AC you need to watch and empty 2 plastic bottles every few hours otherwise you may have a little flood on the balcony. Smaller bedroom has no AC so it was hot there even though there is a Dyson device to cool that space but it is not doing the job well. A beach umbrella would be appreciated, we had our own small beach tent but usually guests cannot take it to the plane and need to buy it locally.

Apartment in great condition and fully of facilities. Excellent location just a few minutes from the beach. We had a really good time. I really recommend it.
