The condo was very well appointed, decorated with taste and comfort. The view was beautiful; the walkway over the dunes was easy to traverse. We wished we could stay longer!

Very nice 3 bedroom condo with very nice views of ocean. Not sure why I needed to drive to get packet when everything could have been emailed to me. Overall very nice condo.

We stayed there in March, and it gets dark early. There just isn't a good place to read. Also, the recliners in the living room are really difficult to get out of!

Beautiful balcony including comfy spot for morning coffee or afternoon snacks. Loved the 4 min walk to the beach. Good restaurants very close by. Only drawback is the 20 min drive to St. Augustine.

Great stay at this beautiful condo. Everything is as it looks in the pictures. The only disappointment, there was no grill to use. But that was minor in comparison to the fantastic time we had. Great location, great pool, amazing beach! Would definitely stay there again.

The pictures do it justice! The master bedroom is gorgeous with beautiful views! The living room and kitchen have great views! The balcony very spacious! The other two bedrooms are nice but one doesn’t have a window and has a weird sliding glass door to front of condo entrance. It would’ve been ok but the entrance very dark. The TV is great size! And the couch very comfortable! It’s about 20-25 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. Downtown so crowded it was nice to get away from it all! Overall great!

This rental was perfect! Quiet, well maintained and luxurious with breathtaking views, we loved this property. The online photos were accurate but we were pleasantly surprised by the very well stocked kitchen (supplies) and quality appliances. The beds were comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean! We did not find anything not to love and highly recommend this property.

We were very happy with the property itself. I specifically noticed how clean everything was. They have an excellent cleaning staff between guests. As other guests have mentioned, there are many more amenities in the unit than what is listed. We did find and use a pack-n-play, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, body boards, sand toys, and many other little things throughout. High quality appliances, even down to the coffee maker. Super easy trash removal (literally just sit it outside your door and someone picks it up). Grocery carts available for brining groceries up. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. We really appreciated the super comfortable rocking & reclining seating! Beds were excellent. Beach was perfect. The ONLY thing that went wrong for us was unexpected construction going on at the condo the week of our stay. Literal jackhammering on the floor above us for 2 solid days (all day long…those 2 days were AWFUL!) and construction crews doing the same at the beach entrance. That did ruin 2-3 days of our trip, but was not the fault of the property owner. He did feel terrible about it and promised to refund a portion of our stay, which we did receive a few weeks later. My only critique of the process was that communication became less & less from the owner when inquiring about the refund which seemed to never be coming. But after a couple weeks of waiting, anxiety, texts & phone calls, it finally came today. He refunded 1 full day of our 6 day stay. Communication could have definitely been better on that end. Overall I still give 5 stars for the condo and would definitely stay again!

Master is amazing with windows and has a double vanity area separate from the shower/toilet/2nd master closet area which makes getting ready easier. All appliances are newly updated. No TV in third bedroom but master, 2nd bedroom and living room have large TVs. Drive onto the beach and unload if you have 4x4! The condo is gated all the way around for security and you will just need codes for access. No keys.
