موظفة الاستقبال الاخت نهال كانت مميزة جداً في الاستقبال وادارة الحجز رغم وصولي قبل موعد الدخول واستعجال دخولي للغرفة الخاصة بي ؛ والفندق رائع بكل تفاصيله 🤍

Clean room, very pleasant staff. Breakfast was nice, I enjoyed the restaurant and the omelet.

They did maintenance right outside my room while I was asleep and it was certainly unpleasant. They seemed to be drilling something and it was extremely loud. I would have appreciated a warning or possibly, the administration could simply leave the room vacant when this type of maintenance is necessary.

إجراءات الدخول اخذت وقت - التكييف يدخل رائحة الدخان من الغرف المجاورة - حجز الأجنحة غير متوفر دائماً فقط تتوفر الغرف…

كل شي كان جميل ومرتب وممتاز انصح فيه

المول يبغيله مشي 7 دقايق .. السعر مرتفع

المكان رائع جداً والموظفة ثمر يعطيها العافيه كانت مرة متعاونة

الموقع الهدوء بوفيه الإفطار المواقف الأرضية

حجزي كان ثلاث ليالي لغرفتي وأحد الغرف يوجد بها رائحة تدخين مزعجة ووعدنا الاستقبال بان يعالج الوضع بتغير الغرفة وللاسف لم يتحقق ذلك

Good location, close from a mall and clean

Staff were not friendly in the reception. I booked a room for 3 persons but when I reach there, paid the full amount and got in to the room I found that it is one king bed room. When I complained, they informed that this my booking and if I want an extra bed, I have to pay extra fees for it. When O request them to cancel the room and refund my money, they refused. And the beat thing they could do is giving me a 2 single beds room where we stick the 2 beds together to take the 3 of us. That was a very bad experience and will not come back again

Thank you for everything.. the hotel is clean.. the staff are very friendly and helpful.. a special thanks goes to Thamar .. she is always on time when we want something.. she answers to our queries very quickly.. she is really nice. Thanks for you all.

كل شي رائع

It was my third stay in Braira Al Nakheel and unfortunately the last one. Reception is not trained to communicate with guests. 1. I had to change the room because was given the smallest and furthest, but surprisingly there was another room available straight away even that I’ve been told no other rooms available. 2. Paid for the late check out and made sure that it’s clear that I need room until 7pm (which was confirmed at check in). However, on check out day reception started calling me constantly from 6pm saying I have to check out at 6pm. 3. One morning at 7:50AM the lady (Shahad) from the reception woke me up by phone asking what’s my name and if I have any guests! on my question “who is it and why she is calling” she kept rudely asking same questions without mentioning that she is calling from the reception. then hang out. I called back to reception and she pretended that she didn’t call. First, it’s humiliating and not acceptable!! second, I still didn’t get any apologies from her and simple answer WHY she insulted me!! Third, telling me in front of her supervisor that it was a room service is even more insulting. lying at my face. If it’s a room service she would simply tell me that over the phone. But obviously there was no room service. It’s just unacceptable especially in Saudi Arabia with such strict rules! And absolutely ruined my sleep.

كل شي ممتاز واشكر جميع الموظفين بعد الخروج نسيت شاحن الايفون بالغرفه ورجعت ثاني يوم وحصلت الشاحن في قسم المفقودات وهدا يدل على الأمانه لدى الموظفين واشكرهم جزيل الشكر اود اوجه شكر خاص للاخت ثمر في قسم العلاقات لتواصلها المستمر والسعي لتبية جميع احتياجات النزلاء

The comfortable room and bed.

The food in the main restaurant. Broken trash bin in the toilet. Heavy (too warm) blanket.
