Niché dans Lincoln City, ce charmant maison pour 830 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain vacances Ouvert du 23 au 28 juillet. La grande salle donne sur le sable et surf avec une chemin��e et des plafonds voûtés en pin noueux Grande maison pour quiconque ne peut pas faire les escaliers. Trois des 5 chambres sont à l'étage d'entrée avec 2 salles de bain complètes. Il y a 1 chambre king, 3 chambres Queen et 1 chambre à lits jumeaux. Les enfants adorent jouer dans le grenier (grenier aménagé de la chambre à deux lits). Profitez d'une vue panoramique parfaite sur le sable et surfez dans toute la maison. Pas de nuit simple entre juin et septembre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer un grand repas. Pont surplombant la mer avec des escaliers privés jusqu’au sable et à quelques pas des piscines à marée. Le solarium avec mobilier en osier et le patio sont parfaits pour les glacières, les vélos, etc. Il y a une belle randonnée qui décolle au bout de la rue au nord. Le chemin est à environ 1. 5 miles à pied à travers les vieux sapins et des vues panoramiques sur le front de mer! Portez des bottes à moins que ce ne soit l'été.

We are a group of 5 women and we’ve been going to Heathergate for 7 years, to quilt. We love it here! The newer pictures and decorations aren’t as beachy as before. The new upscale improvements are wonderful, the bathrooms are very techy for us older women , but never the less are great. The toilet paper could use an upgrade, awfully thin. We hope we can continue to be healthy enough to come for many years. The property was perfect for us, clean, and comfor table, with no problems. We would highlyrecommend Heathergate to anyone. It’s also close to the beach, a stones throw and your there.

The view was amazing. The property house was very comfortable for our family with five grandkids heads up they don’t have a gas barbecue takes charcoal which I went back to and enjoyed ,the hot tub. You’re right it is two person 110 so it loses temperature, but the view is amazing pots and pans are amazing Really enjoyed our stay there. The foosball table was a plus although I got beat by my grandkids. Will definitely stay there again.

Had a great Thanksgiving week. Me, my wife, our daughter, her husband and their two kids. Den and view of beach/ocean were great. Treated to some king tides while we were there. Great to watch from the house and deck. Bedrooms were nice and accommodated us perfectly. Upstairs area was wonderful for the grandchildren. Would definitely recommend the property.

The house was perfect for my bday getaway with friends. House had everything we needed and was right on the beach. The management company was super quick to get the hot tub running again when we pressed the wrong button-though I wish it fit more than 2 people. Would stay again!

We loved our stay at Heathergate. The property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms are on each side of the house, with the living area and kitchen in the center. Great layout for our group. There is plenty of seating area that overlooks the ocean. We also loved the hot tub and patio areas. Great place to relax. We will definitely rent again.

This was a good stay for our group of adults, good views and nice layout for us. Only complaint was lights were almost all low wattage in the living space, which makes it hard to do puzzles at night. One bright lamp would be a great addition!

THIS BEACH HOME NEVER DISAPPOINTS. AFTER 25 YEARS WE ARE STILL COMING TO ENJOY THIS HOUSE FILLED WITH MANY MEMORIES! WE ENJOY VISITING THE CLOSE TIDE POOLS(PARK ON THE BEACH), ACTIVITIES LIKE GLASS FUSION CLASSES, HUNTING FOR GLASS FLOATS, CASINO BINGO, RESTAURANTS AND LOTS OF SHOPPING! THIS HOME HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH NEW APPLIANCES, A WELL STOCKED KITCEN, BACK YARD PATIO AND HOT TUB. THIS IS THE FIRST RENTAL I HAVE STAYED AT THAT HAS A MOST UPDATED POWERFUL SHOWERHEAD TO WASH MY LONG HAIR! NOT TO MENTION A SMART MIRROR AND BIDET TOILET! WITH IT'S PRIVATE STAIRS TO THE SAND AND LARGE PICTURE WINDOWS TO VIEW THE WAVES IT IS A MUST FOR SUNNY OR RAINY DAYS. WE WISH THAT INFLATION WOULD COME DOWN THOUGH SO THAT PRICES WOULD RELAX AND WE CAN CONTINUE TO AFFORD COMING TO THIS LOVELY BEACH RENTAL.

Garbage dumpster was nearly full when we arrived making it difficult to add all trash.
Still confused as to why the property owner felt that the property was left "dirty". After a 5 day stay the property will need cleaning. All checkout instructions followed properly.

Perfect house for our family! Teenagers had the upstairs and the adults were downstairs. Very well appointed kitchen and all the supplies you would need. Easy access to the beach. Already planning our next vacation here!

Great location! Close to the north end of Lincoln city so we felt far enough away from the higher traffic areas, but still close enough to stores.
The stairs down to the beach may be a bit tough to navigate for some, but the management was great about providing clear instructions for alternative beach access points.
The hot tub is tiny, but this was not a surprise to us based on other reviews. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing place to reconnect and build new memories!

We had a great time at this house. Can't beat a house that's got its own stairs leading directly to the beach. The views and access to the beach were wonderful as was the back deck. The house had all the amenities we needed plus some nice touches, like a cool record player, a speaker to play music on the back deck, and fancy heated bidet toilets :). The hot tub is a bit small but we just took turns getting in. House was clean, beds comfortable and plentiful, kitchen supplies were enough to feed our group (7 adults, 2 kids). Recommended!

My family arrived at Heathergate and found a beautifully appointed beach house. All the beds we’re comfortable and the rooms provided privacy from the main living room/kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and had everything you could need for preparing meals. The views and beach access are fabulous. My family enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

This house was just wonderful!! The location and the view cannot be beat. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The bedroom with the nook/loft was perfect for the kids and the sunroom was a great place for the kids to play or read and have their own space. The outdoor spaces were enjoyed everyday and sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was just super cool. I would come back to this house, no question.

This rental exceeded expectation. From a welcome basket with chocolate and wine, to the spectactular views! easy access to the beach. Charming and welcoming accommodations. Only trouble we had was using the remote for tv, could not figure it out. That is on us and our tech inferiority. Thank you so much! Will definitely use A-1 in the future. Probably August.

Need a bigger hot tub that works. Beautiful house. Beautiful view. Love the beach access. We loved our stay. Wish we could of stayed longer. Very homey. Well stocked with things you need. Could use labels for all the switches and dials to what they are for.

We loved this house! It had an incredible view. It was very cozy. It made for the perfect napping and reading house. It had most of everything we needed (would recommend things such as tin foil, sandwich baggies and a new set of knives). But overall kitchen was fully stocked. The back patio is an awesome party area! Overall awesome house and would love to stay again.

This place has everything you need, including the most amazing ocean view! Six of us stayed here comfortably. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent lots of time on the deck and even had a winter fire in the Chimenea! My only negative is that the hot tub is only big enough for 2 people which seems strange for such a big house. Other than that, it was a perfect weekend and I'd definitely come back!
