There are no words on how much I enjoyed my stay. Excellent location, views were breath taking, watching the amazing sunrises and the condo was in excellent condition. I'm going to try to book another stay in the next year.

We had a wonderful time on our long weekend in Marco Island. The condo was clean, quiet and had all we needed. Grocery and drugstore are very close if you forget to bring something. The balcony was my favorite! We sat often to watch the sunrise, occasional dolphin and boats. We enjoyed eating at Island Gyspy Cafe and Sunset Grille where you can see the sunset on the beach. There is some work in progress on some of the condos, but nothing that happened over the weekend while we were there. Thank you Richard and Pam for a wonderful Anniversary weekend!

Overall complex was under renovation which we were not aware of when renting. The unit was nice bit limited paper products in the bathroom. What was there was 3/4 used.
Otherwise nice unit for quick stay. We did not use any complex amenities so cannot comment. Overall nice water views from the unit.

The place was just as described! Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was in the room! Clean and cozy! Richard was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend to others!

We loved seeing the sunrise over the water. This unit has excellent views. Everyone at the resort is so friendly. The unit was very well stocked and would be great for a couple or family.

Every check mark on this wonderful property was met. Clean, and many extras included. The owner supplies high-quality sand chairs, umbrella, floats, pool noodle, and so many little touches. We spent a week in a clean condo and spent countless hours on the balcony with the best view. Communication was immediate. We will absolutely be renting from Rich again. Thank you for everything.

Rich & Pam’s place was perfect…clean, lots of extras, beautiful views of the sunrise & passing boats, gorgeous pools, walking distance from some amazing restaurants & a short drive to shops. Rich was an excellent host who answered any questions ASAP & check in/entering was quick and easy! We’d definitely book this place again!!!

Richard and Pam’s home was fantastic - clean and organized is an understatement! They have everything you would need for a quick weekend trip or week plus stay. They have beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, tennis rackets, and much more for their guests to use. The view of the Marco River is fantastic. Sipping coffee and watching the boat traffic is a great way to start your day! Would highly recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, well-furnished condo with great bay views. The condo is in a gated complex which meant parking was never an issue. Both the complex and the condo itself are quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the other side of the island. You’re just a short drive away from the grocery store and several restaurants, including the Esplanade. We opted to rent a bike next door, which saved us from having to fight for public parking at the beach. Each beach access point had bike racks and the unit had coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas for our use. Rich was very responsive during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Beach Condo
This property was very clean and quiet. It was well equipped with anything you might need and was conveniently located. It was not right in the middle of town which made it quieter but was very close to anyplace you needed to go. We enjoyed staying in this rental.

Great one bedroom condo in desirable neighborhood of Old Marco. Walking distance to Snook Inn and Rose Marina! Peaceful complex with lots of parking, elevator and amenities. Pool and hot tub overlook Marco Bay. Unit is well maintained with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, appliances for cooking if desired. Dishwasher and coffee maker too. Complex has an outdoor bbq area with community herb garden and covered seating in case you want to grill! Loved the screened in porch to enjoy coffee in the mornings. We saw dolphins in the bay and a friendly pelican came to visit the next door neighbor’s porch! The pull out couch easily accommodated our two kids. We have rented condos on Marco Island for the past 8 years and this is one of our top rentals! Very memorable trip. Thank you so much we will return.

The condo had a BEAUTIFUL view, and the sun rose up over 3 palm trees, which made for stunning photos as I sat on the well-appointed balcony having my coffee as I watched the dolphins swim by. The furnishings were very well done, with a warm homey feel. Very clean. I would easily stay there again if I were in the area.
