The location was nice and in a wonderful neighborhood. The property manager Steven was very responsive and friendly. Plenty of beds and the house has been updated. We found the twin beds to be hard. The linens and towels were scarce and some what worn. No wash cost and a few hand towels

We came to Boca with our daughter, her husband and 4 children to visit family over the Sabbath. It had all all we needed except a third or fourth bathroom.

This is a perfect house for a family or even two families. The house was well equipped with a washer dryer, full kitchen, dish washer, coffee maker, refrigerator and filtered water. The bathrooms were updated and nice each with the double sink. The five bedrooms were well air-conditioned. The tv system was easy to figure out. Wifi was reliable. The pool was crystal clear and the hot tub was perfectly clean. We will stay here again because it was so nice. It was a quick 3-5 minute drive to the beach. I wish I had my bikes, as it would have been nice to bike to the beach. The manager was able to help us only the two times that we needed during the visit. We were there for a week and wish it was longer.

This was far and away the worst VRBO experience we have ever had. This home was NOT as advertised. It's hard to capture all the things wrong with it, but I'll list a few. The guest bathroom shower curtain was discolored and covered in mold/mildew. There were food stains on the wall in the dining room. The kitchen ceiling light had no cover, just a bare fluorescent bulb (only one, the other one was dead). The twin beds were uncomfortable (you can feel the springs poking through). The TV did not work properly, very difficult to use. Throughout the house, it is clear the owner has purchased the very cheapest furnishings possible. The kitchen pots and pans were so disgusting we ate at restaurants the entire stay. There were NO normal drinking glasses, just 3 random unmatching mugs. And worst of all, the hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub water was GREEN and smelled awful. No chlorine anywhere or instructions on how to tend to the hot tub water. The tub was missing all headrests, and rust spots were everywhere. The house is not in a good location. You can't walk to anything, it's in a residential neighborhood that isn't particularly nice. The place is not worth paying any amount of money for, let alone the outrageous price we paid. To cap it all off, the owner is incredibly unfriendly and a poor communicator. AVOID this place. Just awful. We were so disappointed.

The kitchen table had tomato sauce stains on it along with the kitchen wall next to the kitchen table. The secondary safety lock on the side door (leading to the side of the house outside) does not work. The hot tub does not heat up. The hanging lights above the hot tub do not work. The inner shower curtain in the second bathroom is filthy and stained with mold all over it. The sinks in the master bathroom had hairs in them. All in all, the house was not cleaned well prior to arrival, and in general, the overall condition of the house needs updating. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there and, like I said, the host is wonderful. If the owners make the necessary updates and fixes, I recommend staying there.

To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I was on a 6 night stay at this home over Thanksgiving and traveling with my family for my brother in laws wedding. There was 9 Adults and 3 Children staying at the home. From the outside of the house there was a garage door and once I entered the house and walked around I realized that the garage had been turned into a bedroom. Toilets got clogged the first morning we were there at 8 am and when we went to plunge them the sewage and fecal matter came up through the showers and filled the showers. Toilet paper and large pieces of fecal matter were in the showers. Steve was able to get us a rotter rooter to the house to unclog the plumbing. He showed up at 11am and for the time being we were forced to drive and find public restrooms. it took until 4:30pm for the cleaning lady to show up and by that time we cleaned up the sewage ourselves due to the fact it was an unsanitary environment for young child ( 4 yr., 2yrs. and 7 months) to be in. On top of that we lost power during our thanksgiving Dinner. Luckily My father is an electrician and was back in my home state and able to walk me through resetting the main power breaker on the outside of the house when the breaker inside was out. I understand that these things can happen but the condition of the home was atrocious... 1. floors throughout the house filthy to the point where we had to mop and sweep the floors because our feet were black. 2. Dirty Sheet- one with a blood stain and we had to wash all the sheet before sleeping on them 3. Head board on one of the beds was not attached and when laying on that bed the headboard would fall forward. the first person to lay down was a father and baby and luckily the head board came and smacked the dad on the head and not the 7 month old. 4. out door lounge chair had rusted and broken leg 5. Out door grill had old onions on the tray and inside the grill 6. Beer bottle caps in the hottub 7. Mold on the shower curtain 8. Pill found uner the bed by 2 year old (along with other trash 9. Food and stains on multiple walls 10. Duct tape hold dining table foot together 11. Ripped up rug 12. Rusty nails in the sand area near the pool 13. Broken beer bottle on the side of the house 14. Trash left from previous guest in the trash bins 15. Trash and food left from previous guests in the pool area

We spent two weeks with our kids and grandchildren in this property in January. It has a well heated pool, Five comfortable bedrooms with good mattresses, and a well stocked kitchen. Kosher kitchen ware can be requested. The house is less than a mile from a beautiful beach and three blocks from an Orthodox synagogue. There is a Publix supermarket within walking distance. Several movie theaters are a short drive away We enthusiastically recommend the Wakodahatchee Wetlands park in Delray Beach. It has amazing birds and some interesting alligators and turtles that can be viewed from a raised boardwalk that circles the park. Best time to see the birds is in the morning. We found a great bike store, Contes, a mile away and rented bikes by the week. They have excellent Canondale hybrid bikes and helmets for ren. Half a mile from the house is the El Rio bike trail with care free paved paths. We also went Kayaking and mountain biking in Oleta State Park in North Miami - about a 40 minute drive from the house and worth the trip. Our grandchildren range in age from 13 - 21 and were never bored. The house is comfortably furnished with a dining room table that seats ten. The manager was very responsive and sent someone to repair the gliders on the sliding door, as soon as we told him that it stuck. All appliances including a giant washing machine and dryer worked well. There were plenty of outdoor lounge chairs. My only complaint is that the chairs around the patio table need some new cushions.

Really enjoyed our stay.

We've been using VRBO since 2014 and this is the worst experience so far. Let me summarize: The good: - Close to the beach. Just 1.3 miles from the Spanish River Park beach. - Well equipped kitchen. - Kids had fun in the pool and hot tub. The acceptable: - It looks a lot bigger and nicer in the pictures. Once you get there you realize it's a 1968 house last with a late 80's kitchen. - The washer/dryer are beat up, but they do work. The bad and unacceptable: - House was NOT CLEAN. We had to spend half day cleaning to be able to go in. - Pool area was full of leaves and branches from a recent storm. The storm had gone through a couple days before our arrival, but I would expect the maintenance people for pull all the leaves from the water and rake all the branches. This we had to do on the day of arrival. - The fridge was dirty. There was beef blood stain is the back of the inside of the fridge. We had to pull all the shelves out and scrub all the inside before we could set our groceries. - The bedsheets on the fifth bedroom were used/dirty. We had to pull them out and wash them before we could go to bed that first night. - General lack of cleaning. Doors have stains, floor was all stained. Apparently, the cleaning crew just did a quick clean on the most visible areas, but once you moved around you found a bunch of stuff that would just gross you out. The frustrating part was that most of the dirt came out with a sponge and soap. - No kitchen towels or rags. We had to run to the local Target and get basic rags and towels to make it work. - Funny chemical mix in the hot tub. We didn't have any objective way of measuring pH or amount of chlorine or anything, but our hands got prunny way faster than in any other hot tub we've been at. We contacted the local manager several times and never got the house professionally cleaned nor our complaints fully addressed. In any case, we would've been better going somewhere else.

We stayed in Boca for 3 weeks. The house was very comfortable with sleeping for 2 in every room. The beds were good.and bathrooms and kitchen were modern. Our grandchildren loved the heated pool and the location. We rented bikes and took some great rides. Avi was very helpful and accessible. We would definitely rent this house again. Our only complaint is that it could use a new outdoor table and dining chairs.

Owner was very accommodating. We had everything we needed and as advertised. House is clean and functional. Location is also a big plus (close to the I95, beaches, and 15 minutes from West Boca, Malls and outlets). Overall we had a very pleasant experience. Someone was on hand constantly to tend to our needs.

We enjoyed the home. Felt like home. Loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean. There were plenty of dishes, pans etc for everything we needed--more than the last place we stayed. It was nice that it had been remodeled recently. Air conditioner worked great--which was what we needed EVERY day. It was nice finding a home so close to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly host.
