The location was good. It was easy to get to the beach.

So many things are wrong with this place. To be clear, this is not a 4 bedroom house. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house upstairs with a king-sized bedroom downstairs and an attached kids' room and bathroom also downstairs. The kitchen is in the upstairs unit. There were roaches in multiple rooms, there were broken nails loose on the patio, windows and screens were broken and the playroom smelled terrible. The dishwasher would not open, there were cracked tiles throughout the floor of the top unit, and a ceiling fan that made so much noise my mother had trouble sleeping. I rarely write reviews and have never written one as negative as this before, but I would prefer that other people not have to pay this much for a rental that is NOT worth the money. When we complained to the management, they sent someone over who couldn't fix or address any ot the issues we mentioned, though he did replace a lightbulb. The management company blamed the owner who I'm sure will blame management. After weeks of complaining, we received $400 back, which is not even close to what we paid or should have been refunded for a place that was falsely advertised and not safe!

The house was very clean and comfortable. A/C worked great. The only issue we had was hot water but we had a lot of people so that was explainable.
