Great condo in a fantastic location! Very spacious condo and kitchen was well equipped. The Main Street is steps from the condo. We enjoyed being able to leave our car (which is in covered garage parking at the building) and walk to coffee, food and shopping.

I have stayed in four different units in this building 20+ times, they all pretty much have the same layout and amenities. The location is awesome, and the layout and space is great! This unit was clean but is definitely overdue for a deep clean. We had an issue with parking, and I didn’t feel like the communication was great regarding a solution. We had a great time with our family, and will be staying in this building again as usual, but not in this unit for the reasons above.

This 2 bedroom condo is only 2 blocks from the heart of Leavenworth. It has an elevator and a parking garage. Small size cars and SUV's only in the garage. This condo was spotless and well equipped. Will book here again anytime we need two bedrooms.

Myself, my husband, and our two children stayed here. It was perfect for the 4 of us! Amazing view and close enough to town to walk anywhere! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessary cooking items. Everything was nice and clean.

This is a fantastic spot, that would be perfect for friends or family groups. The condo was nicely equipped, very cute and cozy, and centrally located. We could see the river down one way, and the holiday lights the other. It was the perfect stay.

The place was great, love the building, location and parking, tough to beat. We will be back for sure!

I cannot say enough about this condo. It's beautiful and well equipped. The utensils for the kitchen were way beyond what I was anticipating. There was a blender, beautiful pots and pans, great dishes and silverware.. this was a real luxury experience for my family. The building is incredible. It was an ice blizzard when we traveled and there was a warm enclosed parking garage in the basement for us to use. My car was so happy there and so were our Christmas presents. I took my three boys for a Christmas trip and it was easily the best Leavenworth trip we've ever taken. And this condo with its superb location was the cherry on top of our trip. You could literally see the condo from the sledding hill downtown. Anywhere we wanted to go to. We just walked to. And saying it was close is an understatement. We were about 100 yards from the sledding hill and Andreas Keller's restaurant. Marti was such a gracious host. They helped me figure out the elevator and really cared a lot about us enjoying our stay. We are so grateful to Marti for providing this excellent space for us to stay during our trip. We will never forget it!! ❤️❤️❤️

We stay at this condo every December. Location is perfect and the unit is clean with all of the proper items one would need while staying. Marty is very easy to communicate with and always helpful. Thanks again for a great stay. See you next year!

The location of the property is only 1 block from shopping and 2 blocks from the main shopping/village area. Close enough to walk everywhere, yet far enough for privacy. Marti was extremely quick to respond when a question arose. The place was very clean, in fact cleaner than any other place we have stayed...and we have stayed in many. I would highly recommend this location. Pay attention to Marti's instructions regarding door codes, etc. :)

This place is a perfect location and the perfect size for two couples. Great view and really nice!

The location was perfect for visiting Leavenworth. We only needed to walk out the door to access all the shops, restaurants and events. The condo was clean and very spacious for two people and the owner was very responsive when I called with a question. My sister and I would both strongly recommend this condo if you are visiting Leavenworth. Also, thanks to the owner for having a charging station available in the living area for all types of electronics.

The condo was perfect! Lots of room, well stocked, very clean and so easy to walk to town. Parking garage is tight so bring your smallest car. Plan on staying there again.

Friends and I stayed here for my boyfriends 30th birthday, the condo was perfect! Great location, great balcony views, and a convenient parking spot. Couldn’t ask for more!

Beautiful property! Very happy. Parking was so tight though. I’m glad my brand new vehicle was fine. Also very confusing on how to find the elevator, parking garage and how to get to the condo. I would stay again though. Also it would be nice if there was a tv in the bedroom. Couch is super small for my 6’4 husband. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was as described, could use a deep clean and the furniture is not comfortable at all. The Wifi was a continuous issue and after sending two messages to the host, I finally had to call her as the password was incorrect. She never responded to me until I called her directly. The underground parking would be great, but it's for small cars, not trucks-we had to find street parking and it was not easy to do on the festival weekend.

Enjoyed the condo location. Only a short walk to shopping and several restaurants. The views of the mountains from the deck are awesome and we enjoyed our mornings/evenings hanging out there. The condo had everything we needed for the 4 days we were there with a fully stocked kitchen when we wanted to stay in to cook. Lots of towels and linens available as well. The only items that really needs improvement is the deep cleaning. Drawers in the kitchen need to be cleaned out and under bed/furniture should be cleaned (was not pretty under there). I would describe the condo as pretty clean (on the surface), but in need of a deep cleaning at least quarterly. Black out curtains would be nice in the bedrooms as the windows face the lit hallway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Loved staying in this unit. We'd definitely stay here again!!!
