Frank has a nice property. Nice location, it’s a weird little building but I did love that I can take a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk!

This property is perfect for a family of 4. Bedrooms were nice to sleep in. Living area was a very comfortable area to sit down with the family. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Only annoying thing is the parking spots were small and we were verry cautious about hitting another car with our doors.

Place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. In area that we were able to walk to many things. Parking lot very small with tight parking spots but that was the only negative thing. We had a great trip.

The apartment was very clean and up-to-date. We had everything we needed. The beds were beautifully made and very comfortable. The host recommended a couple of great restaurants. We had a little trouble getting the TV to work right, but he was reachable and supportive. We got it figured out quickly. The southern end of the boardwalk was a short walk away. All in all a very nice visit to Virginia Beach.

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this condo and absolutely love it! It’s clean, convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. and Frank is a wonderful host!

This sweet and cozy nook is convenient to everything! We were able to walk to the beach, breakfast/lunch/dinner, and to some shops. Several places to DoorDash for quick food. Each room has their own tv and fan. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The parking spots were impossible! The condo was much smaller than the pictures reflected. Very noisy. No security in the condo. We did not even have a chain on the door. Only one entrance/exit. The shared hallway was like a tiny box, two people could not comfortably fit into the hallway at one time. Left early because of the noise and the parking situations. I would only recommend small cars in that lot.

The fit was perfect for my wife and I and the place could have easily fit 2 more people. Check in/out was simple and fast and the location is a just a few minutes walk from the best attractions!

It was a perfect condo for what we needed to visit my son for Easter. It was close to where my son is stationed. The kitchen had the basic cooking utensils that I needed to make home cooked meals for my son, and it was walking distance to shops and the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable! Plentiful thick towels, too. Living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch tv. The only thing we needed was a bar of soap and some shampoo. Fortunately I found a small bar in my carry on bag or else we would have had to go to the store!

We were looking for a weekend stay that was conveniently located to Rudee Inlet. And this was perfect! We could have walked to the marina if we had wanted! We walked to the beach too -- just a block or so away -- and walked to restaurants, shops, and along the beach to watch the surfers. The condo was clean, and had all the kitchen items we needed, and it was around the corner from the main road so was pretty quiet as well. Just what we were looking for, thanks!

Our condo was located a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, and was an easy walk to local restaurants and bars. It was very clean, had a great shower and was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.
