AC is not cold enough, bedsheets are old.

The staff were super accomodating and their check in process is so quick!

Urban View has a very convenient location, however, they do not have a room that can fit more than 2 people. My request to have our rooms near each other was not met. I had to go up the stairs back and forth to check on my kids as they stayed one floor above us. There's no elevator, I have knee problems and I have to bare with going up the stairs. Cleanliness - I was really disappointed for the linens we have on both beds (twin beds) have stains. One of the throw pillow has blood like stains which I do not really appreciate. The other room has also same linen stains.
