Place is perfect and it was super near the places we need to go, and of course eat ❤️

Good location – easy access to restaurants and attractions. Value for money. Complete appliances and amenities. Ample beddings for the family.

Wi-fi (Globe) was a bit slow. Smart/PLDT had better signal in the location. Sliding door in the back was a little difficult to open.

The guard in the reception seem to be unhelpful, no interest to assist guest when ask. Try also to check and clean the aircon.

I like the simplicity of the room and overlooking view. It's complete. The location is just near the Capitol Lagoon Park, Fast Food Resto, Ayala Mall etc. You won't get bored because there's wifi connection, Netflix and YouTube. They also offer swimming pool access. Although, we weren't able to experience it because we need to take some rest before our flight back to Manila.

The bed, specifically, pillows and duvet cover were a bit disappointing for us. The pillow smells really bad. It smells like sweat of a person or "amoy kulob" which I already informed to the owner. The owner responded quickly and changed the pillows right away. However, it still stinks. I think they need to wash and dry the bedsheet, pillows and duvet cover because the germs are buidling up there. I've seen ants inside the room even though we didn't eat our dinner there.

Very nice, clean and comfy flat,well equipped and good size!Also, very convenient location! Staff was very happy to help and even when I asked for hair dryer they manage to get me one straight away!

The aircondition needs attention, drops of water coming from it.

Something to improve on: 1. Providing air freshener/or spray prior the visit 2. Repair the sink as it's clogged 3. Make sure that the bed linens are clean (bed bugs?
