Hot tub and nice view. Stores and food were within walking distance

Wash machine was broken and so was the coffee maker. Upon entering the house it smelled slightly of urine

The TV didn't work and they were told by the previous guests, maintence came to fix as we were checking out. Oven didn't work. Air conditioner really didn't work well. Pillows sucked. Beds were ok.Downstairs toilet wouldn't flush well. Trash was overflowing when we arrived. Recycle everywhere. It was a great little place and we would like to come back but hope things are in order.

Comfortable house! Good price. Beautiful area! It was great having the hot tub to relax in the evenings. Washer and dryer in the house is a nice convenience. The staff was very helpful when I called in a maintenance issue, and sent someone to fix it right away. The kitchen was well stocked.

The carpets were a bit smelly... but we did intentionally rent a house that was pretty friendly, so that wasn't really shocking. There wasn't much extra bedding, and the blankets provided were very thin. The deck seemed unstable under the weight of the hot tub, but we used it anyways!
