Good washer and dryer Depoe bay was a nice location

Poor single glazing, poor blinds, poor wifi - couldn't stream the movies advertised. Hot tub had far too many chemicals, we both had bad skin reactions and in the 3 days we stayed there nobody turned up to check it after being told they would. We could only last 10 mins in the hot tub then needed to shower as our skin was tingling, itchy and red. I think someone had got the chemicals wrong. We booked this accommodation for the hot tub we couldn't use so frustrating. Lots of other accommodation in the area.

The location was great.

The top portion of the house was not accessible to us. The bottom portion of the house had no shower. The hot tub was locked and the Meredith Lodging Representative (though desiring to be helpful) initially seemed confused about whether or not we were supposed to have access to the hot tub at all. Early check in was denied (which is understandable) but a dysfunctional lock on the top story and Meredith Lodging’s lack of familiarity with the property combined with several hidden fees (including hot tub cleaning for an amenity they weren’t sure was available for us) meant we paid $741 to spend 12 hours here (when the cost online was around $350/night with access to the whole property and hot tub). In the end (a month after our stay), Meredith Lodging refunded $100 to us for not being able to access the whole property until 9pm but kept the hot tub cleaning fee for the locked hot tub. I appreciate them trying to work something out but All in all, a costly and disappointing mistake to stay here. I would not do it again or recommend it to anyone unless you have money to burn. I feel taken advantage of.
