Une chambre peut accueillir 4 personnes sur 2 lits Queen, la 2ème chambre a un lit King, demi-bain et sa propre kitchenette! Le salon a un canapé-lit Ethan Allen rempli de duvet et un lit Twin vintage Iron. Dehors, vous trouverez votre propre patio! Je souhaite la bienvenue aux familles et leur donne une chaise haute vintage, un jeu de société et des jouets dans une petite pièce de la deuxième chambre.

This is a quiet, cute little place that met all our needs! We brought our pups, there was a nice fenced in backyard with room to play! We went to Margaritaville, were we met Buzz and had a fantastic time on Broadway, went to the mall for great shopping and had lots of great food!

The Shabby Chic was great! It was in a great neighborhood. Close to great food, and the fun stuff you want to do. Grand Ole Opry, Columbia Wine Tasting, and Broadway were a few of the things we did. The host Sandy was great! Very helpful and responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location minutes from downtown/broadway, great access to apartment from alley, if you have pets, its a perfect place for them too.

My friend and I enjoyed are stay for the weekend. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We could walk to nearby restaurants and popped into a few local funky shops. Close to the airport, convenient location. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway. It would have been helpful if we could have checked in earlier and check out later, we had to store our luggage in a locker for a few hours because our flights were in the evening and we were not able to leave our bags at the property. Other than that, I would recommend this location. It was nice and quiet, away from all the crowds and activity in downtown Nashville!

The property was immaculate and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to GREAT food options, and a short (2 mile) ride to downtown. Sandy is a welcoming and communicative host, and we couldn't recommend this property more highly!

This place was exactly as described. The furniture was very comfortable! There were several small details that I appreciated which really made me feel like our host understands daily needs and cares about them. The location is perfect and the host did a fantastic job at communicating with us. Great place to stay.

This property was so nice! Very clean, spacious and obviously well cared for. Comfortable beds, large shower and well-stocked coffee choices! Really appreciated the private parking and large yard. Location was great for all the things we wanted to access easily. Delicious Greek restaurant just down the road :) Host, Sandy, was quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely stay again!

This place is really nice. One of the best I have stayed in. Only 2 miles to Nashville but far from the maddening crowds of Broadway. It had a really big yard. The rooms were large. Kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances were 1st rate. Wish all rentals were like this!

I had an incredible time at Sandy place. My partner and I had our two dogs and she was just an amazing host and the place was perfect with the fenced in yard and location was great!

It was better than I expected. Very cute, has everything you can possibly need, spacious and my daughter said make sure I rave about the hot water in my review! We loved our stay and how close it was to town.

Sandy was great! The house was clean and spacious. She communitacted extremely fast and answered all my questions. The ride to broadway was approximately 7-10 minutes via uber. We have zero complaints and i would stay here again.

This property was even better than we hoped! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and all of the amenities it offered from the hammock to the grill and the cornhole. Our host was the most accommodating and friendly of any host we have had. I would recommend staying here hands down and we hope to be back soon!

Sandy's shabby chic french country apartment was cozy, warm, inviting and clean. It was a very welcome surprise to arrive to her home after traveling at night in the rain and wind through curvy 2 lane highway through the mountains.
Sandy tipped us off to Snooze, Mas Tacos, and Fanny's guitar which made our trip to Nashville a bit more enjoyable to hit local fare vs downtown fanfare.
Great location, perfect for our dogs to run in the backyard and safe neighborhood tovwalk and curb them off property.
We loved meeting Ollie and Sandy, They were super hosts!

I highly recommend this rental! Everything was exactly as described and we (a family of 4 plus the family dog) were very comfortable. We had all of the comforts of home and Sandy was quickly responsive to any question that we had. The rental is in walking distance of some great restaurants and a quick drive to downtown. We will be back!

All beds and blankets were comfy. Kitchen fully stocked for us to cook a few meals. Out back was quiet and peaceful place to sit out and relax. We loved it!

Sandy’s retreat was perfect. The location was convenient for everything we had planned. A very cute area with bars, restaurants, music venues and coffee shops nestled into the neighborhood. Sandy was very responsive when any need arose and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely book again when I come back:)

We had a nice stay at this VRBO. Sandy provided us with an easy to use online guide which detailed check in / check out, local attractions and restaurants, etc. The beds were very comfortable and had quality bedding. The spacious bathroom shower was awesome. The house is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, and breweries. We recommend getting takeout from Mas Tacos (get the street corn!). The Pharmacy has GREAT burgers. We also recommend walking to Five Points for dinner and bar hopping. Getting to downtown was a snap with a short Lyft ride. This rental had fenced in yard which was perfect for our dogs (however, I would not recommend this rental if your dogs are prone to barking).
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful apartment and a great yard. Note that, while the apartment has two beds, they are in the same room. This might be explicit in the description, but I remember being surprised when I realized that as originally my husband and mom were to have shared the space with me. Might have been a bit awkward for all three of us in the same room! I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and wouldn't even look for a different place if I had to be in East Nashville. Sandy was great and very responsive, but did not intrude in my stay at all.

This was our first trip to Nashville. We Ubered back and forth easily into the city from here. Sandy's wonderful place had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. She has thought of everything, right down to a hair dryer and white noise machine! The vibe of the living space is perfect-- there was thought put into every item. If I ever get back to Nashville, I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Perfect for family birthday celebration.
Exactly what we needed to celebrate our daughters birthday. Perfect amount of space, beds for all 4 of us, very cozy and comfortable with great kitchen, bathroom and all amenities. Porch area was a bonus. Easy location to Uber/Lyft from into the city and walking distance to nice breakfast locations and grocery stores.
Our host Sandy was great and went above and beyond in making sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Sandy!

Wish I could stay longer!
We had a fabulous few days! I immediately felt at home here the first night! We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and bars. The host was very friendly, accommodating and happy to offer advice or just say hi - while maintaining our privacy! My dog loved the yard and the walkable neighborhood! The rental is outfitted with everything you could need for a short or long term stay!! Very grateful to have found this gem! Would 10/10 recommend!!!

Excellent lodging and great location
We loved our stay! The condo was absolutely adorable and perfect for our family including our 2 pups who loved the fenced in backyard. Walking distance to several great restaurants and quick drive to downtown Nashville or other tourist spots. Host was great and super friendly. Definitely recommend!
