Was clean and was a good location with a good staff.
There were no slippers.

The location of this property is perfect for walking to area attractions. The staff are amazing. Princess went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect !

The hotel is well-situated. It is fairly close to the Shedd Aquarium, Chinatown, Millenium park, etc. The rooms were clean and decent too. I appreciate that I could control the temperature in my room easily. There was a microwave, keurig and mini fridge in the room, as well as an iron and an ironing board. These are always handy to have.
The valet had a hard time keeping up with the comings and goings of cars. We had to go around the block to find a space to park in front of the hotel at check-in. There aren't enough trolleys as well to help carry the luggage from car to room. Hotel stay between 4pm to 11am is a bit short for the price we pay. And when I asked, 'late check-out' was not an option.

Valet service very good.. everyone friendly.
A few more TV channels and a TV guide that displays what programs are on. It only displayed the channel number and name.

Great location, clean, friendly staff.
The lighting in the sleeping area was too dim, even with all the lamps turned on. There was not much daylight coming in the window due to the building across the street so the darkness made it feel a little claustrophobic. The city is also loud and the windows don’t do much to block the sounds (like barking dogs).

Clean, good location, (very accessible to public transportation), comfortable big room.
I think it was way overpriced. No breakfast although there is free coffee/tea in the lobby. Some staff rude.

The 25th floor was super cool and it was clean! We we’re comfortable for the night that we were there
$60 for valet was understandable but we called ahead to get our car twice and still ended up waiting 20-30 min to get our car. The staff was rude and refused to work with us. The only person who wasn’t outright rude was the grave shift who was super sweet and kind but everyone else sucked.

For some odd reason, the downstairs lobby had a very strange, powerful odor. I heard.another guest get off of the elevator and commented on it also.

The staff at the desk were the worst staff I have encountered in Chicago at a hotel. They were nasty!!!!! I almost didn’t stay because the were so unwelcoming and rude.

Pool and hot tub was busy from 9am (when it opens) with children - not a very relaxing environment first thing in the morning
