Location.

Really bad sewage smell from the bathroom, there were small insects coming out from the drain. Unacceptably noisy air-conditioning. It says it has a dishwasher in the listing but actually there isn't one.

Location was excellent, central to most of what you want to see in Florence. The room was spacious and quaint, the sofa bed was surprisingly painless and the shower had enough pressure and hot water. Daniella graciously met us with the keys when our taxi arrived and filled us in on the layout.

Daniella's co-host was less gracious when our plane landed later than expected, throwing off our ETA by a half hour. Perhaps chalk it up to "lost in translation". The room is a second floor loft with a pair of portable AC units for which the exhausts were present but not connected to the windows. Not wanting to deal with it and risk further cracking a window, we opted to leave them open, which was okay because it was nice and cool out, but not great because the room is above a popular outdoor cafe/restaurant with the usual raucous revelers.

great location. it is noisy (it is in the heart of the tourist area) but we could sleep through it pretty easily. others have said the bathroom had an odor but maybe that was fixed cos it was fine for us. great communication and organization to arrive and get the keys.

the bed was very uncomfortable and caused us some back issues (far too soft). the ikea chairs had been put together the wrong way so you couldnt sit on them. no towels to wash the dishes. proper glassware to drink with would be nice!

Located in the part of Firenze that we like to stay. close to major sites, food, and bars.

Shower drainage is slow, water pooled in the bottom of the shower.

Location is perfect. Restaurants and museums are in 500m radius. All main squares and shops and all that you have to see is in 5 minutes walk. Appartment is spacious.

Bathroom is to small and shower isn't working. Whole apartment smells bad because of toilet. Air conditioning units are internal and too loud. Floors and amenities were not cleaned properly. Entrance doors are not closing totally so you can hear literally if someone is speaking in the corridor or in front of appartment. In general it's too loud. Just two small windows that you cant open normally because of AC exhaust.

Great location in city centre.

The stay at this loft was so awful ,that we decided to leave after 1 night - we felt so bad, and uncomfortable. Terrible smell from the toilet mixed with the restaurant kichen,broken shower, sewage problem, very noisy A/C (like in the factory!). No fresh air (openable windows,but there was so noisy outside). We will never,ever come back to this place

Nice apartment with wooden interior. Really good location, within walking distance to most of the sightseeing places.

Air conditioning was loud, so I was struggling between too loud to sleep or too hot to sleep. Restaurant is directly under the window, so it was loud until midnight. Bathroom was tight and sometime didn't smell so nice.

This is an excellent location in the historic heart of Firenze. The apartment appear to have all amenities, though action on the part of the host had to be requested to ensure full functionality. Close to public transport and shops.

The check-in process was difficult. The host's WhatsApp was at first not active. Emails sent to arrange check-in was ignored, and receipt was denied. To many players in the check-in process as the host has a back-up, which yet again has another back-up, which leads to confusion. We had some plumbing issues, which was addressed by the host, but ate into our time... reporting, waiting for response, setting up access for attending to matters, etc.

Location is great.

The place is above a pub/bar, during night time it's very noisy.
