Lovely apartment with stunning views and great location.
This is a really lovely apartment. The living room area is spacious and comfy with views across the fishing harbour. The kitchen area is very well equipped and has stunning views across the breakwater and across the bay. It is a very short walk to the Harbour and then on in to the Town. The housekeeper was lovely and very helpful. Thankyou Jo.
February weather wet, windy and a bit cold. We got the flat nice and cosy but perhaps a little mat in the bathroom in addition to the bath mat.

Superb
A very nice comfortable and spotlessly clean flat with panoramic views from the kitchen window over Torbay, and over the harbour and town from the lounge window. The kitchen is very well equipped as is the flat as a whole and the large bed is super comfortable. Parking is very good, in front of the building. We appreciated the call from Jo a few days before our stay, she is to hand if anything is needed, and very welcoming. Thank you for the fudge and for decorating the flat with a Christmas tree! The location is brilliant, after a very short stroll you are right by the harbour and town where there are lots of shops, small supermarkets, cafés and restaurants and a pleasant walk will take you along the well kept promenade to the marina and the long breakwater. We enjoyed the interesting eccentric Liberty Tea Parlour and Cocktail Bar which is alongside the harbour on the right as you go along coming from the flat, try it. We had an enjoyable few days!
We stayed during unusual and exceptionally cold and icy weather and the heating did struggle a bit so unfortunately we had to use the fireplace electric heater a lot to keep warm enough. The bathroom though was unbearably cold, the heater in the corner is inadequate, it barely made any difference. Having said that, we would love to return during warmer weather to this otherwise excellent flat!

Completely ideal accommodation, with fantastic views.
Everything was explained clearly prior to our arrival, where the keys would be, and how to obtain them.
The whole stay was perfect, we had no complaints at all.

Clean, bright and very comfortable accomodation. Wifi, decent HDTV, dishwasher etc. Dedicated, generous parking space - we have a large estate car. This property is in very good order - we're reasonably fit so the 2nd floor position and stairs weren't an issue for us... You are very close by a busy working harbour and Brixham Sailing Club. Personally, I found that really interesting, with always something of interest to see from the apartment windows. The property manager, Jo, rang us several days ahead to explain all - I thought this was excellent service and she is a very nice person indeed. Though there isn't a balcony, you do, however get great views of the harbour and the Torbay area.
