The house has amazing sea view from the apartments and the pool, so in the evening, falling asleep or chilling on a balcony , you can hear the sound of the sea and you can see the setting sun. The apartments are very large and spacious with all necessary equipment, very comfortable beds and decorated with taste. Both the house, apartments and the place by the pool are very clean and tidy. The facility has a very large swimming pool and room with billiards, table football and darts. We were in a few families with many children and it was a great attraction for them. Around the house is a beautiful garden with rhododendrons, fragrant lavender and a great place to rest for the evenings with a large comfortable couch and of course a sea view. The house is well located in the village of Raznj. It is right by the sea, there is a restaurant next to it, so while relaxing by the pool, you can literally jump out for delicious coffee or food. Caution!!! :) of course the restaurant also has a great sea view ! The town of Raznj itself is a good starting point for visiting Rogoznica, Trogir and Primosten. The owner is always available and very helpful. He picked up our friend from the airport, helped organize boat transport to Rogoznica in low season, recommended two great restaurants which we were very pleased with. In addition, he is a good host who cares about the guests and the place all the time.

Breathtaking surroundings, amazing modern apartment, numerous attractions, beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a terrace and most importantly, very helpful host! Really recommend this place!
