We loved how private the property was and its location was perfect too. The service was exemplary and they were very friendly. We loved the fact that the staff was always ready to assist but seemed to always not impose and you could easily forget that they were not there. The views of the city at night were spectacular and the sunrise as well was breathtaking!!!!

We wished that they would serve other meals during the day and perhaps have a buffet for breakfast for variety.

We arrived a bit early and they accommodated us without any issues. We were upgraded to a luxury room at no extra cost, which exceeded our expectations by far. The breakfast was like a dream - so delicious!

This place was incredible and the service was even more incredible. The views from everywhere on the premises were breathtaking and the view from the sauna was one of our favourites. There were so many different places to sit and relax and we always felt welcomed and looked after each day. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and there wasnt anything that was too much trouble. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay near Cape Town.

The place is stunning and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast, service was great

I forgot my bank card in our room. Instead of being contacted to advise me, a day later it was used 3 times. Utterly disgusted by this, clearly the person that used it found it in the room. They can keep useless items they bought, but you guys should question your staff about this. It's a great pity that we will not be returning or recommending the place to any of our business partners. We had a wonderful stay but this entire experience has left us sour

No generator during load shedding and rude manager

Some very minor things like empty bottles of whiskey in their honesty bar & lumpy pillows

Stunning property, beautiful art work through out the home and spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast included. Felt very safe in the neighbourhood and at the property.

During our stay there was no generator for the scheduled load shedding which significantly impacted our excursion schedules we had pre-arranged. Such a luxury property should have a generator for power outages.

Claims to be 5 star hotel but the gym was on another ‘sister’ property. No generator during stage 6 load shedding. Cold shower in the morning.
