Everything was perfect, Bryan is a fantastic host and his apartment has been our favourite stay in Malaysia! We were very comfortable at Wogoxette Upstairs, it’s designed really well and the location gives you a good flavour of local life and culture in Kuala Terla. For travellers who want a more authentic experience of life in Cameron Highlands, this place is a must. Bryan has compiled so many good recommendations - his guides for food and exploring the area were super helpful. would love to stay again one day!

Nice spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Hosts are fantastic. They respond very quickly to any questions. They make you feel very welcome.

You need to be aware this apartment is in a working village, this means it's noisy. It's also off the beaten track meaning it's not touristy. The restaurants are limited. There's not much to do.

The owner is super friendly and informative, good to have overnight stay in the premise before going to Brinchang as it sits at the middle and temperature at night not as cold in Brinchang. The map inside the premise is informative and the owner who stay downstairs is native who gave us a lot of recommendations on when to go the places of interest in Cameron Highlands. The Pandan egg tart in the breakfast eatery recommended by the owner is awesome!

Need to walk staircase to the premise on first floor, hence not recommend to bring large luggage if you want to stay here.

We love the black house, the decoration, the ambient. Feels like a local since the black house located in the middle of kg terla neighbourhood. Not really near to the main attraction but they do have it’s own attraction nearby that you can enjoy too. The host, Bryan is super nice & helpful. He’s full of tips and even suggest us to walk to the private tea plantation which is no crowd at all.

Parking available but 1st come 1st serve. Walk up to the unit. Please dont bring big luggage.
