the location was indeed great. The staff was friendly to be sincere. The breakfast although not included in such high price.night was well presented and well served.

the fact that the room was not done at our return in the room at 1.30 pm. This is not acceptable for a 5 starts hotel. I had to remind 2 times to have my room refreshed. maybe I am used to 5 starts hotel in Europe were the service is rather perfect particularely in most Four Seasons I went to. for more than 1000 USD/night we expect a high level service and hotel.

The breakfast was incredible. They arrived a few minutes early and set everything up so it was ready by the time we ordered. The set up was gorgeous and the food was incredible. The room was beautiful and had everything you needed and more. All of the amenities were top of the line and beautiful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that certain things took a bit longer than they should have. I asked to have utensils sent to the room and after 15 minutes had to go down in my PJs and walk through the bar and restaurant to get them. I was also overcharged for one of the bottles of champagne from the minibar. It was listed as $60 and I was charged $80.

Everyone was so nice, they wanted to make sure you have the best time here. Food and drinks were amazing:) it was the best hotel I ever stay in.

The only thing I would say they need more of is vegan/vegetarian food. That about it.
