Location was excellent! It was very clean with nice interior appearance. Very happy with it and I’ll recommend to others.
Couldn’t get TV to turn on.

Near Copley Station
Restroom including the shower is not clean. And it looks so old.
Air conditioner is always turning on and there is no remote controller, so it is pretty cold.

The rigidity of the check in time. The door cannot be opened and the lock is on a timer until check in time.

I enjoyed the privacy and the area. I did not feel bombarded by staff members however the complex was still clean and accessible. The room was spacious and had a better view then expected.
I did not like having access to the room so late in the day. This made it difficult for me to arrange my visit and I was walking around the town with my bags for sometime before I was able to get in.
