Nice view. Location - Location - Location, that's what its all about. Quirky layout/floor plan. Excellent access to Manly Beach, dining and shops. The kitchen was well equipped and bed comfortable.
Convoluted arrangements (that need updating ) for getting into the parking area (which was good though).

location was 10/10 Manly was incredible, the apartment also has parking.
The apartment had one air con which wasn’t strong enough to make the entire apartment cool, and so a small fan was supplied by the owner for the bedroom which did not provide adequate ventilation. The room was uncomfortably hot and hadn’t been cooled down prior to our arrival.

If you want to stay in Manly it is a super location in the middle of everything. The appartment is not big, but enough for 2 people. Nice and very comfortable beds (we used the main bed and the extra one), good shower with high pressure.
Rooftop garden was smaller than expected, same for the pool, we didn't use it. Laundry was outside of the appartment to a charge.

Small hot water unit. The blinds in the bedroom. The temperature of the bedroom in summer would be unbearable

Such a wonderful central spot, modern furnishings and clean, comfortable bed. Great aspect to get the morning sun that heats up the apartment.
There's some construction works happening within the building which was noisy, but due to end mid July...

Nice fresh colours. The fold- out king single bed. The cleanliness - excellent. There were plenty of towels and cleaning agents. Good cupboard space. Heater/ cooler plus fan. The position was perfect.
Good communication with the owner.
Good TV. Serviettes, pantry items, coffee grounds. Comfortable.
No expel air in the toilet.
The lounge was good to lie on but not to sit on.

Melodie was a lovely host. she made sure we were able to secure a covered car space and recommended a delicious, affordable Thai restaurant nearby. The location and proximity to Manly beach was perfect. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay.
The bed was a little bit bouncy.

Getting the car in and out was a bit difficult and the lifts went out of service a few times.

The property was well presented and clean and had all the amenities needed.
The bedroom was not equip with an air conditioner and just a small portable fan on bedside table and it was difficult to keep cool and a bit humid.
