The only thing going for this place is the location

- It felt dirty. There was dust on all the window sills. The rug had dirt and hair on it (I do believe that it's because it's a woven straw rug and hard to vacuum) The lounge had stains on it and very uncomfortable. The main bed is firm. - there are only sheer curtains on all the windows. So if you're hoping to sleep in, you won't, as the apartment is quiet bright early on in the morning

Great location close to the beach and Corso but far enough away to be quiet. Comfortable beds.

Lucky it was overcast because the curtains would not block out any light. Basic provisions - a few tea bags and coffee packets and 4 only single serve milks. Missing any added extras. Parking in the area 2 hour limit until 10pm. Pay for a parking spot out back - it's worth it. Had a great breakfast 1 block away at Jellyfish.

Room was modern looking.

The front of the building was full of rubbish eg old mattresses, a broken toilet and looked like a dump. You could hear everything through the walls. No parking

The location was great and the recent kitchen refurbishment added something extra.

The cleaning wasn't up to standard and some essential items were missing, eg., Kitchen sponges, toilet paper. The bedroom curtain furnishings are in need of repair/replacement. The mattresses were very hard and the bed linen was torn in places.

We hated the whole place. Blatant false advertisement. Pictures of property we booked was a modern, recently done up apartment with floor boards and nice curtains, beds and wall paint. The apartment we received was like a share house or a very low budget premises. Floor tiles are grotty, pillow stunk and the whole place had really poorly maintained run down feel to it

No tv in rooms. Only half roll of toilet paper was given

Lock to downstairs carpark is almost impossible to open

Location was great & apartment was comfortable. Parking provided was a fabulous bonus!

I would like to suggest some more amenities be provided. Such as a dustpan & broom to clean up after my kids, spare bags for the bin, perhaps a little washing detergent, and other things to help cook - example a pair of tongs would have been great! A vacuum under the beds wouldn’t have gone astray - there were old chocolate wrappers & water bottles under the beds.

Horrible place - it was dirty, the mattresses were uncomfortable, the neighbours were loudly moving furniture around (the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything), the apartment has sheer curtains (doesn’t block out the light and someone was flying a drone around so it did not feel private at all), and I got a rash from the sheets. We were so uncomfortable in this apartment that we left at 11pm rather than finish our stay. The owners already know about these issues, as you can see from other reviews, but they do not care about your comfort, they only want your money. I do not recommend this place at all!

Beautiful location, perfect place for relaxing, 3 min walk to the beach & Harris Farms Markets. Comfortable & stylish with all necessities for a happy stay.

Loved everything
