A smell of smoking coming through when the aircon was on. Appalling shower in terms of temperature control and water power. Also the tap at the sink was a trickle except for first thing in the morning. A window in my room was broken. Huge amount of steps to the room with no lift or offer of help. Breakfast is next door. You're stared at like you have two heads and staff didn't speak English so was not a pleasant experience. Awful soundproofing to the street noise at night, children playing/screaming up to midnight etc. Just didn't have a nice feel to the place sadly.
