Bed linens from the previous guest were left on the pull out coach, and floors were not the cleanest. But the condo was mostly quiet and had most of the amenities and appliances needed for the week.

The only issues we had were there was mildew all in stand up shower and had to be cleaned thoroughly before using and the ceiling fan in master bedroom wasnt useable because it was crazy loud. Parking space was perfect for us and the carts waiting downstairs were very helpful. We had two condos rented and both we're waiting on us to enter and begin making memories. The layout was perfect and the room size adequate. Our view was very nice and facilities were about as clean as you would expect anywhere. The only thing that I missed was my king size bed. We plan to stay again next summer. Thank you for a fun time!! I would rate the whole experience a 4. That is as high as I ever rate because there is always room for improvement. We asked for them to be cleaned but it didn't happen while we were there. The toaster and can opener didn't work and the serving dishes were sparse but we did really enjoy our stay and loved the view. Only problem was a person 2 floors down played loud music almost every day. It was reported but he pretty much ignored them and played anyway. (Music could be heard in the next condo complex!)

I’ve paid a lot less for a lot more in the same building. There was only one sharp knife in the whole place. No extra toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, trash bags or paper towels were provided. There is a comment to be made that, while although not a complaint, I think you should at least be made aware that the place was not clean. There were large clumpls of animal hair (dog?) throughout the condo - under the kitchen table, on the bed comforters, etc., food stuck on dishes, on the counter and old food left in the garbage disposal that caused the place to smell horrible. Grime and hair left in the bathrooms on sinks, tubs and in the floor. Sand on the floors throughout and old food crumbs on the balcony furniture. We were there for the beach and, as stated, this is not a complaint. We cleaned it ourselves and moved on. There were dead bugs in the nightstand drawers and on the floor under the beds. We checked for other pests and didn't see any but you may want to have that checked, as well. However, you are entitled to know you are not getting what you bargained for from the cleaning crew and your customers are paying higher costs for cleaning that is not getting done. Also, the pool was not vaccumed between Thursday and Wednesday. We actually took pictures of the leaves, dirt, food wrappers dead bugs and a jellyfish that were all left to float in it for days. You may already know these things. I just wanted to tell you since you asked. On a brighter note, we have booked with Bender for more than 15 years and we value the relationship and professional, kind service we always receive.

The management quickly pinpointed the issue and solution. The smell was gone within hours. The owners should really consider updating the place. It looks really cheap and uninviting inside. Don't let that picture fool you! The sliding door takes all the strength you can muster to open because it needs bearings...the furnishings are not comfortable! There is not enough seating to lounge and watch TV with the kids. Looks like they didn't want to spend money on good sturdy furniture. The beds in the bedrooms are just frames with cheap headboards, not sturdy at all. The bedspreads and comfortors are old and worn. The roll out bed needs to be in the garbage. No one can get a good nights sleep on that thing! If you have back problems, you won't get a good night's sleep! The ceiling fans shake and rattle. Looks like they took all their old mismatched/unwanted things and put them in this condo for the rest of us to enjoy:-(The shower head in the master beadroom should be replaced. The water does not disperse evenly so that you get all the soap off. If you have long hair, takes quite a while!!! The washer and dryer look like leftovers from the 70's! Took forever to wash and dry clothes! They were soooo small!! 4-6 bath towels barely fit! Beach towels are another story!! So sad, the location and property were very nice. We definately paid for the view and that was it! I've stayed in motels that were much more comfortable and a WHOLE lot cheaper. For the money we paid, we did not get our moneys' worth in comfort. Not worth it!
