Bed was very uncomfortable an sofa

The staying right on the beach was beautiful 🤩 the decorations in the unit was beautiful the Tv was a little jumpy..

how close the walk was to get to the beach

The the big pillars in the garage walk way, which when cars were parked there it was terrible to try and get wagon full of stuff and kids to the pool gate without feeling like you were going to hit something. Really cars should not be allowed to park right in front of the elevator and pool gate to allow for a proper walkway.

The location was great right on the beach!

The pull out couch was not cleaned at all, had food crumbs on it and the sheet was too small for the bed.

The location of this property was amazing. It is a smaller complex so not a ton of people using the facilities. The beach is literally 70 steps away from the elevator, so running back up to the condo from the beach was so easy (especially with little one is tow!) Location of parking lot to elevators is extremely convenient as well. The property manager was very responsive. The Keurig was broken upon arrival and the next day they had a brand new one for us, as well as new dish towels. I would definitely stay here again based on the easy access to beach and being less crowded. Property also had access to beach chair rental!

It was an older unit so some things did need repair, a closet door came off the track, the sliding back door handle was almost broken, a few light bulbs were out on arrival, and some areas were not cleaned very well (i.e. behind doors). The beds were not comfortable and the sofa sleeper should not even be listed as a sleeping option because it is that uncomfortable. There were no sheets provided for the sofa sleeper or extra pillows, so we had to use some blankets we brought and a sheet we found in the top of a closet. I do wish the door had an extra lock on it. It is a keyless entry which is great from the outside in, but once you are inside there is no way to lock the door. This is a problem when you have a toddler who likes to open doors and there is nothing to lock the door with.

Location was fantastic. Keurig didn't work. :( Property was clean and very accessible.

The property was very clean, spacious , and comfortable! The location was close to the beach and close to a store and restaurants! I would stay here again.
