I had a great stay here, the property was beautiful and the close proximity to the beach and local shops was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with everything I needed and the neighborhood felt quiet and private. Everything was super clean upon arrival and the app made checking in and out easy. The apartment was very nice with high-quality fixtures and amenities. Overall a great stay. Just a couple of comments the bedroom upstairs is loft-style so not super convenient if staying with other people who like to stay up late or get up early. Also, the property manager does not provide any extra towels or beach gear, they are available for rental, which for a beach house seems a bit stingy. They also don't provide any cleaning equipment like a broom or vacuum, which is also too bad.

Great home and location
The property is fantastic, we will stay there again. The management company is a little disorganized, they gave us the wrong lockbox number and the wifi was different on the owner's sheet than what they had. Their check out instructions were different than on the owner's instructions so it was a little confusing.

Location and layout of the property is great, had a few cleaning hiccups when I arrived however the managing company were great in coming back to me with the queries. There is building work going on next door throughout the day, however lovely and quiet in the evening and early morning. Great neighbourhood!

The property itself was great. However, through no fault of the owner, there is construction going on at the adjacent property. Fortunately, our activities kept us away from the property during the day, because the sounds from the daytime construction were somewhat disruptive.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Waterfront property. We were visiting from Chicago and found the location to be perfect for all of our needs. We walked to Starbucks and Rose's donuts in the morning, spent a lot of time at Corona Del Mar Beach, and shopped at Fashion Island. It's a quick drive to Newport Coast and Laguna Beach. 30 mins from Irvine Spectrum and we even squeezed in a day at Disneyland and the drive was also so easy and quick. The house was very comfortable and even had air conditioning which was a bonus because it was unusually hot when we were visiting. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who is a wonderful man and we look forward to renting again!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment - perfect for us, as we took the upstairs bedroom and our son stayed downstairs. Both bedrooms have an adjacent bathroom. Kitchen is modern, and there is a beautiful patio upstairs with lots of cushions and a view. We loved the location - 15 minutes from the airport, 15 min from Laguna Beach. Walkable to all of the CdM restaurants and Sherman Gardens. We can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed the open layout, including the master loft, and we spent great conversation time on the beautiful deck. The property matched the description and the pictures. Beautifully designed and decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in elegant Corona Del Mar. The upstairs bedroom loft is very comfortable, and opens to a rooftop patio with ocean view. Lots of light and breezes through the many windows. Kitchen is well furnished, with outside grill as well. The neighborhood is elegant and very walkable. Many excellent restaurants in walking distance, and is Corona Beach. There are 2 tight assigned parking spots, but plenty of street parking nearby for larger vehicles. My only regret is that there are no beach chairs/umbrella/bicycles with the rental.

This nice Quiet property on Waterfront drive in Corona del Mar is lovely, we stayed as inaugural vacation stay tenants on 2016 Memorial day holiday. So many features to mention, the top of the list is the 2nd floor deck overlooking the Balboa Harbour, and Pacific ocean. Many evenings leaving the windows open for a fabulous ocean breeze, listening to sea lions! Kitchen is clean and new appliances, great for cooking. The master bedroom was private with a loft to look over the living room. The 2nd bedroom was private and its own attached bathroom. Evening walks around the neighborhood and to view simply beautiful properties. SO close to Newport Fashion island, and a local shopping strip with Bristol farms, Peets coffee & Tommy bahamas. Parking for the unit needs small cars, enclosed garage to store extras, also fast access to major freeways a BIG plus. Excceding all our needs and would stay again! Thank you for exceeding our expectations Newport Beach Vacation Properties! :-)
