A stunning view, one of the best breakfasts in Sri Lanka (fruits, roti, pancakes, eggs, sausages, bread, juice,..) and very friendly and helpful people hosting this place. It’s located some kilometers from the center on a hill, so you need a driver to get there. We can only recommend this place!

Nice large room with balcony with views over Kandy. Welcomed on arrival with tea, a nice touch. Requested a meal at the hotel as we had been travelling for over 24 hours. Very tasty and satisfying. Fruits and ice cream were lovely. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Bed very comfortable, huge bathroom, spotless. Would book again.

I recently stayed at Kandy Casa Boutique Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, and it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast - it was truly fabulous! The breakfast included a variety of Western and local dishes such as eggs, sausage, bread, jam, butter, fruits, fruit juice, coconut rotti, string hoppers, coconut sambal, lentil curry, chicken curry, tea, and coffee. It was definitely a big breakfast for us, but we loved every bit of it. The quality and taste of the food were exceptional. Lastly, I have to mention Jagath, who made our stay very comfortable. He was always available to help with anything we needed, and his friendly and welcoming demeanor added to the overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend Kandy Casa Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kandy with stunning views, excellent food, and exceptional service.

I would highly recommend Casa for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Kandy. The hotel offers exceptional amenities that are sure to impress even the most discerning traveler. The breakfast spread is simply incredible, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all of which are prepared to perfection. The views from Casa are simply breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the surrounding hills and forests. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing guests with a tranquil and serene setting to relax and unwind. What really sets Casa apart, however, is the friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make sure that their guests are comfortable and happy. My child had an amazing time here and the staff were very accommodating to their needs.

It was an AMAZING stay, such a clean and beautiful house! A kind of colonial style mixed with modern and zen atmosphere. I loved the place, the breakfast was tasty and diverse, fruits, eggs, breads, saucisses, sandwiches, jams, cofffes,…. Etc. Now, Jalal, our host is such a beautiful human being, so helping with everything, washing clothes, buying drinks. Sincerely, if I can I would give it a 100+!

One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka! The staff is so helpful and make you feel like you're at home. The room is spacious and was very clean when we arrived. We specially liked the view from our room, overseeing the mountains. Strongly recommended if you're in Kandy!

The property is very clean and have lovely views. the staff is incredibly nice!! The room was huge and a huge breakfast!

This place is love at first sight ❤️.. So thoughtfully decorated and impeccably maintained. Our flight was rescheduled to a red eye and we reached this place very tired but we were really amazed by it. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They kept the room ready for our early check-in and we were so happy. You get lovely view of the mountain and a Buddha statue. The breakfast spread is amazing with lot of varieties and good taste (fruits, juice, breads, omletes, some local dishes and curries). The staff suggested us to visit some nearby tourist spots and we were very thankful to them for letting us know, because we saw some amazing places. Location wise it is a little away from the lake but it was okay for us since we had hired a car. Public transport might be a bit diffcut but the staff are super helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay experience really the best. Highly recommended for your stay in Kandy.

The lodge was very well equipped and the cleanliness literally amazed. They prepared us such a rich breakfast that it was impossible to eat in two people. Everything was perfect and we thank you again for such a wonderful experience! ❤️🙏🏻☀️🌷

Lovely scenic spot, very comfy bed, great hosts, nice vibe and a fabulous breakfast.

A few bug infiltrations, but you’re in the wilderness, so what do you expect?

Kandy Casa was fantastic from the get go- we were welcomed with a smile, fresh ginger tea and homemade cake! It was fantastic to have the whole place to ourselves and to be a bit out (but still within easy reach) of the chaotic city. It is a very spacious, airy house with breathtaking views, great air con and well prepared for the occasional power cut with chargable light bulbs! Our host Presaan could not have done more for us- cooking us tasty breakfasts and a wonderful dinner on the first night, cleaning our dirty shoes and even dropping off a cable we had left when we travelled to our next destination! All in all, a really enjoyable stay with a lovely host who lit up the room with his warm Sri Lankan smile!

There were a fair few bugs around but you are in the hills so just remember your bug spray. Also had to locate the immersion switch to get hot water for the shower. And a heads up, the property wanted to be paid in cash so make sure you have enough!

The staff were absolutely fantastic - so welcoming and the food in particular was the best we had during our entire trip in Sri Lanka. The setting and view are unbeatable, a very peaceful abode close to the city center. It felt like a real home away from home. The rooms are large, beds extremely comfortable, and beautifully furnished.

All the services are good, we would like to come again.

Everything was absolutely great. Good staff, outgoing and friendly owner of the house. Stunning sunrise views from the balcony of our rooms. We had a great time, the guys cooked us an amazing dinner of local cuisine and seafood, a delicious breakfast. All our requests were fulfilled very quickly. Thanks for all. See you next time.

The host was the best I have encountered. He was very nice and was very non-intrusive, and was quite helpful in finding locations for us to bathe and for other activities. The chef cooks very tasty food as well. If you're letting them cook, plan the meals with the host before buying (or letting them buy) ingredients.

Nothing to not like, simply note that the place doesn't have a pool so you would want to scout for places with water bodies or nearby pools for a bath. Also, the bathtub in the master bedroom fills up a bit slow so start filling way in advance for a dip.

Basically everything was perfect. Cosy villa with 4 bedrooms which can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Love the interior design which includes antique and modern concepts. Check in was smooth and they allowed us an early check-in. Chathura, the Manager is very pleasant and helpful. All rooms are clean & spacious. Beds are extra comfortable. All rooms equipped with 43 inch TV with peo tv(cable channels). Bathrooms were clean. Master bedroom contains a bath tub. Hot water was coming smoothly. Both upper and lower floors have exceptional views. Strong WiFi connection available. Tea/coffee making facility was not available in room, but chef provided us tea or coffee any time we requested free of charge. Breakfast was milk rice and coconut rotee with sambola and curry, which was very tasty. They cooked us dinner when we provided goods at no extra cost. As a summary this is the best place if you are looking for a private villa for your family /friends gathering with extra value for the money you pay.

Everything about this amazing villa was exceptional. From the modern interior to the specious bedrooms the place sure did meet our expectations. Waking up to a beautiful sun rise with an amazing view was the best part. Hospitality of Mr. Chathura made us feel like we are home. He always made sure the stay was comfortable. Highly appreciate his efforts.
