Clean and comfortable flat in a quiet and cute area with good amenities.

Entrance door and shabby, dirty communal hall did not make initial first impression a pleasant one. Problem with parking, all permit parking in streets all round the area and difficult to get a space.. Charges were applicable and only 3 hours allowed during daytime.. Only free overnight til 8am.. .not made clear in very ambiguous description. As we are elderly, this was a problem we did not need 🙄 Also in description is garden but again not an area you would be happy to even venture into.pictures attached. Again very misleading. No city view apparent from any window. 😕 Although facilities in flat were good, microwave, washing machine etc there was a lack of crockery. No hot water pressure in kitchen

Booked the place for my family of 5 as we were exploring the area. The property is clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was amazing and we enjoyed our time. Very recommended!

Missing bed linen for the sofa bed on the first night but, Tom the host was very helpful and made sure we had some delivered the next day for the rest of our stay.

Location was fantastic. The flat itself is very nice, the bed was very comfy also!! Ideal place to stay for a few nights in Aberdeen.

Only things would be that the fridge smelled a little bit when I arrived and the sofa is pretty uncomfortable, but just minor things!

The property was situated in a reasonably central location, approximately ten minutes walk to Union St. The property had been furnished to a high standard.

- Neighbours: the property’s neighbours were constantly coming and going and slamming doors - Noise; the property was very noisy with poor soundproofing to both the communal hallway and neighbouring properties - Cleanliness; simple things like food marks left on the table by a previous guest that were instantly visible on entering the room, or hairs left in the bathroom. This really let the property down and I think the property management company should seriously reevaluate their cleaning contract - Maintenance; there were many, many scratches and marks on the walls of the property. These could’ve been fixed quickly with some paint, but the fact they hadn’t been shows poor attention to detail
