Stayed for Four days gave us vouchers for only two days but on booking listed as breakfast daily. Outdated facilities.

Very close to the beach & boardwalk! Cute building. Clean & comfortable rooms. Night check in guy was great. Breakfast girl was very sweet & informative. They were very nice & let us keep our car there for a couple hours after checkout.

That you could hear the people around you. Upstairs especially. The pool was not working. That you can’t smoke outside on patio.

I didn’t like anything about the property .

I didn’t like that there was little to no parking in they’re parking lot for they’re hotel , I don’t like how the management was rude and very unprofessional . I don’t like how dirty the rooms were . There were cracks in the bathtub , dirty sheets and dents in the wall .

Location to the Broadway and the beach everything was close by.

Great proximity to boardwalk and beach.

They put a $100 hold for incidentals that isn’t released for 2 to 3 days after checkout

Breakfast sandwiches were good and there was cereal. But that was all the options. Loved that we could see the beach from the verandah. It was a nice, clean room.

Room was tiny. Need more breakfast options and swimming pool was tiny.

Clean room, everything updated nice balcony and perfect location close to the beach also free little breakfast was convenient.

Location is spot on, and there is enough parking space for all the customer, staff are courteous and approachable.

Quite a small room, but will still recommend it.

I loved the beachy feel of the rooms and the location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything functioned well in the room and was very comfortable. It was great being able to step out on the balcony and see the ocean.

The only complaint I have (and it's very minor), is that there was a very strong odor in the main office area. It wasn't bad, almost perfume like or an air freshener. But, it lingered on the breakfast items. Drinking out of the cups and anything in the bowls tasted like it.

There were no elevators. We were on the third floor. Only three towels in the bathroom for 2 guests. Heating unit was so loud you couldn’t hear anything above it, blinds on the window did not have the rod to be able to close them. No phone in the room, office was only open from 9-5. Rest of the time no one was there. Parking was very tight and not enough spaces for every room. It stated it offered breakfast, it consisted of an individual box of cereal, yogurt, and frozen breakfast sandwich you make in the microwave. There were big gaps in the door frame where the cold air poured in. The key drop off box they had outside the office door didn’t even lock so anyone could take it and get into your room before the office opened. The two flights of steps were very steep and not covered from the rain making them very slippery when it rained. We will never ever stay here again..

we did not get maid service so no fresh towels. breakfast was not served until 9 and it wasn’t even ready than u got old coffee box cereal and yogurt.

very new and clean. paid extra : $67/night off-season (March 13). Heated pool Nice for 3rd floor glimpse “view” - glimpse is right!!

Twenty steps to 3rd floor, no elevator. “View” was barely there: beach block+1/2 away. No working tv remote- after 5 so no office staff. Had to go “find& buy” batteries for remote. Nothing open because offseason. miles, time and dollars. BUY ICE $5 bag!!

I liked the proximity of it to my final destination. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They worked out an alternative for me to be able to do a late check-in. It was greatly appreciated!

The towels/washcloths had stains on them. I didn't like that the door only had one lock and then a chain. The drain kept backing up when I was showering and they didn't have an iron.
