cute little cottage with everything you’d need! host was very reachable and helpful.

we booked for the jacuzzi tub but it wouldn’t get warm enough to sit in. we still did sit in it but only for a few minutes as it was too cold. we were only able to fill it hot to halfway. the front door is hard to lock. the door to the bathroom is so short my husband hit his head on the jam 3 times. no mirror regular in the bathroom. these are minor details outside of the jacuzzi- only since we were really looking forward to it!

Beautiful little pods. Fab idea. Jacuzzi bath fab , but there wasnt enough hot water to fill it, tank needs to bigger id say but.Used it anyway which was fine,, hosts had left a bottle of bubbley with 2 glasses, which was a nice touch. Had a bit of trouble either keys but worked it out. Overall was nice but a little pricey

Too close to housing

Loved the scenery and the views surrounding the pod. It was very clean, tidy and cosy. Had everything that we needed which was handy.

The the only negative thing was the electric shock we kept getting from when we were in the jacuzzi bath which shouldn’t happen! This needs fixed! When the bath was filled to the two dots, and we were both in the tub, every time we tried to turn the tap on or adjust the settings, we would get an electric shock. This kind of ruined our experience. I’m sure if we contacted the host he would’ve been out to fix it but we ended up just emptying the bath and never used it again the rest of our stay.

- Gowns were provided - Good location for exploring Fort William and Ben Nevis - Parking close to the hut - clean - views were nice

- Low quality fixtures and fittings, all felt very cheap and like they could break easily - shower door doesn't close properly meaning water goes everywhere - the TV in the Bath tub room is smashed - cables in hut all look very messy and not organised - felt very clinical rather than cosy - TV remote in hut does not work properly - the field opposite the bath is not private and we had walkers and runners go by when we was in the tub - no where to hang towels or robes at all to dry and keep clean in both the bath room and hut - no indoor matt, outdoor matt was soaked so floor got wet and dirty - clothes rail which has no hangers making it useless - thermostat did not work - buttons on the heaters all busted - bath heating function did not work meaning we had to keep topping it up with hot water which eventually only ran luke warm (we followed all the instructions) - location is in an uninviting residential estate - strong smell of fuel/gas in the air - VERY over priced for the quality and lack of attention to detail ; either standards need to be raised drastically or the price reduced significantly
