Sehr sauber und modern klasse

We stayed 9 nights. The interaction with the property manager, was horrible. I asked her to replace lights that they were not working and the safe. They fixed the lights but not the safe. With two days left in our vacation, I asked her to give us suggestions about providers for a trip to Phi Phi Islands. We actually went to the islands the next day on a whole day tour. When we returned to the apartment we discovered that money was stolen from us. There was no problem with the doors to the apartment, meaning that whoever took the money, had keys. We filed a police report at the police station, and the police came to the apartment the next morning, but they could not do much. Upon our return to New York, I filed a complaint report with HomeAway, but they can not do much either. To summarize: a. If the safe had been fixed, probably this theft would have not happened. b. The property manager and the cleaning woman never came again after I complained about the theft. c. The owner, thanked me for informing her about her staff, so they can do a better job next time, and she hoped that we had a good time besides the "excitement"!!!!!! d. On a funny note, when we opened our suitcases in New York, we realized that they also took a medicine that we had for my daughter. The medicine is given through an injection (syringe), so you realize what they thought when they took it.!!!! d.The amount taken from us was small compared to the cost of the whole trip, but nobody wants to be robbed from their vacation room/hotel/rental and spend time to file police reports etc. I would not recommend this property.

Wir waren Ende August für eineinhalb Wochen im fantastischen Penthouse-Apartement in den Kamala Hills. Das stilvoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Blick in den Dschungel. Es gibt alles, was man für den perfekten Urlaub braucht: eine schöne Küche mit Kochutensilien, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenen Bädern und ebenerdigen Duschen, eine Waschmaschine und - das Highlight - ein Sonnendeck auf dem Dach mit privatem, uneinsehbaren Pool. Dazu einen erstklassigen Housekeeping-Service und eine fantastische Assistenz/Betreuung vor Ort (Danke Sunny!!!). Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Kamala Beach - einem großen, schönen Sandstrand. Dort ist auch das Café del Mar, für einen leckeren Cappuccino Caramel am Morgen oder einen gemütlichen Sundowner am Abend. Zum nächsten großen Supermarkt (BIG C) sind es ebenfalls 10 Minuten und gegenüber vom Supermarkt gibt es am Abend einen wundervollen Markt, der alles bietet, was man zum Essen/Kochen benötigt. Wer Ruhe sucht und ein stilvolles Ambiente zu schätzen weiß, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation war von Beginn an perfekt - schnell, unkompliziert und superfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen! Dankeschön für dieses kleine Paradies! Kirsten & Volker

We, me and my family, had always dreamt of a well being in an natural atmosphere. Warm weather a beautyful nature etc. By chance we discoverd the offer of Mr. Kloubert in Kamala and to tell the truth; it was totally amazing. Never before in our lives we have spent some holidays in such a nice place, in such an amazing appartment. Space, architecture, accomodation, everything was quiete great. We can just advice that place as a very ´hot´ tip. Using the terrasse or the own pool surrounded by nature at its best is just unbelievabel beautyful. Many thanks.

Lovely bright and spacious loft apartment 8 minutes from the sea. We spent one week in Kamala. Even though we have not met the hosts, they were very responsive and ready to solve any problems. They've arranged good cleaning service during our stay and always answered any questions. We were two couples and a baby and the arrangement worked fine for us. Kitchen has all dishes, cutlery, pots and pans for cooking. Aircons are very powerful and even in hot weather it was cold inside. Due to the high floor, there is a nice breeze and a very nice teak terrace with little private pool and absolut privat. Overall very good experience staying at the place. Would recommend it to people staying in Kamala.

Next time I visit I hope to stay again in your very spacious and beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, a huge common living room and a private pool. Kamala is really nice and a quieter place and Patong is reachable within 10 min by taxi. Absolutely comfortable and enjoyable experience, highly recommended. Thank you for that!

Wir waren schon vorher in diesem Penthouse mit diesen traumhaft schönen Blick auf den tropischen Bergwald und den hohen, modernen Räumen. Da wir uns in diesem Apartment so wohl fühlen, haben wir auch wieder im Februar/ März gebucht um dem kalten Winter in Deutschland zu entgehen. Wir hatten gehört dass unser Vermieter die Wohnung renoviert hat, aber uns war nicht klar in welchem Umfang. Was wir vor Ort erlebten war einfach toll. Eine komplett neue Teakholz Terrasse am Privatpool, ein neues Lichtkonzept und viele neue Details die den Aufenthalt noch schöner machten. Das Urlaubshighlight war das abendliche Schwimmen - ohne störende Badebekleidung - mit einem selbstgemixten Cocktail am Beckenrand. Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden! Wir kommen unbedingt wieder!!!!!!
