The apartment was comfortable and near to the old town but in a quiet residential neighborhood with free parking. The hosts were very responsive.

They seem to have a plumbing issue. We got there and my son slipped on water and sprained his ankle in the lounge, which meant he was less mobile for our holiday. The water was coming from the bathroom as the sink and toilet were leaking. The shower too didn't drain very well. Aside from that the apartment was nice but it did taint our experience.

The ventilator in the bathroom was too noisy and connected with the light switch, so that one could not avoid it. There were no tee bags ore coffee reserves or some instant coffee available, although the machinery was there.

Location, although, a little far from the city centre it was quiet between local houses. Generous size of the rooms, comfortable for 4 people(2 adults+2 children)

The rooms weren't so clean and airy, we found mold around the windows, bathroom and also next to the bed(ap.3). This was kind of dissapointing as we were travelling for many hours, and we needed to clean before we get to sleep. Also, we didn't find any paper towels or tissues for the kitchen area. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine with pods but no pods/capsules. I left one box that we've bought for us.

Enough space

No water in the morning, lamp teard apart, clock not working, wallpapers teared from walls,.. . It's not maintained for a while. We couldn't wash our teets and take a shower before leave, it was big problem for us. We feel very bad about experience in this apartment.

The only good thing I can mention about this location is that there was hot water (limited) but still available.

Starting with the fact that in the first night at the location we had to sleep in our outside clothes and layered because the temperature was set at 19° while outside there were negative temperatures. Moreover, the sheets were stained and dirty while the appliances were dirty as well, I.e. the couch had weird stains on it. In the bathroom there were used shampoos left for us, I'm guessing as a souvenir. We contacted the staff about these issues and they sent us to knock at other guests' door to change the temperature and for the sheets they asked us to wait for them for as long as it took to solve other issues. We did not wait and they said they don't have a key to enter. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend this location if you want to have a good stay in Sibiu.

Self checkin / checkout

- Self check-in & check-out - The place was quite clean, despide a couple of small spiders noticed in one of the rooms - Spacious rooms - Possibility to park nearby the location; although the accommodation doesn't come with a dedicated parking spot, we were always able to find an available spot close to the location. - Decent heating system and good water pressure

- Poor communication with the owners. They initially provided all the essential details with the address, location of the apartment, check-in details, wifi. However, the owners recommended reaching out to a different individual after 4 PM, which we did. The person answered very late, the next day at noon, without fixing any of the issues we had raised (please see below). - Missing coffee capsules, no dishwashing liquid available (bottle was empty), missing TV remote, and the sofa armrest was broken. All of these issues were raised through Whatsapp with the individual who was unresponsive and when he answered he was more concerned about the broken sofa and if the owners knew about it vs the other issues that were directly impacting us. - Low value for the money. The accommodation wasn't cheap, as we payed slightly over 100 euros for 2 nights; Unfortunately, it is closer to an economy / low budget stay compared to the premium accommodation you would expect from the pictures. - Very noisy fridge, makes several cracking sounds every 20 minutes

Not much to like if you are four grownups in an apartment for two. There was a cute cat in the neighborhood and a non-stop grocery store which was really handy. The main bedroom was alright.

The apartment is absolutely NOT suitable for four grownups, I'd say not even for a family with bigger children. Although it was rented out for four people, the sleeping couch is maybe fine if you are 1,50m short. The bedsheets were stained, which if you rent a place is not OK even if they were maybe washed. All bedsheets for the sofa were just old unmatching sheets that the owners probably had and discarded to this apartment. Same with the towels, weird bear on it holding a child on its laps is not something you give guests. There were only two flimsy chairs, again, it is an apartment for two people, not four! A dog was barking all night, the shower didn't drain well, warm water was not reliable, there are hardly any glasses or kitchen wear.

The owner was very welcoming and very helpful with tips on how to get around the city. Location of the apartment is great for families, quiet and relatively near to the city center. It was the second time we came here and will come again for sure.

The apartment is big enough for two people, clean, with nice bathroom. Good location. Walking distance to the main train & bus station as well to several supermarkets.

The bed is quite noisy when you move on even just a little - it would worth looking into. WiFi not working that well everywhere. Neighbors can be little noisy at times, but that's more of an information for other travellers to count with (not a complaint). Some kitchen towels would be appreciated :)

Room was great, they left us tea and coffee. The host was in touch via text and her boyfriend/husband Alex met us with the keys and he was lovely.

Very accommodating and nice owners! They met us with a sparkling clean apartament, mineral water and coffee. Very nice and new furniture, the mattress very comfortable, you have everything you might need. Parking lot nearby. Absolutely loved the shower. We will come back for sure
