Viktor was great and waiting for us upon arrival. He was very responsive anytime we messaged him. The location is great, we were able to walk anywhere we were wanting to go. The apartment is really nice inside just like the pictures. Our family of 6 fit perfectly!

The beds are a lot firmer than we like.

Very clean, excellent location. Really well maintained, especially in terms of cleanliness. They also let us stay late to check out.

Heater in living room wasn't working and property manager said he would come look at it the next day. I contacted the next day and he said he was busy and made no effort to fix it or bring a space heater, just told me to blast the heaters in the bedrooms. Finally fix myself, but this was unacceptable during the winter. Beds were uncomfortable (basically Ikea fold out things..my mother's had a big divit in it). Pick up service wasn't great. The taxi was not at the airport when I arrived so I had to wait around for him. Then dropped me in front of the apartment at night all alone and I had to stand in the cold and message to tell them I was there. I would have liked to know this in advance as it was a little scary. I also agreed to pay extra for a pickup service for my mother and was told that they would come into the airport with a sign. I reiterated this because she is old and needed help with her luggage and I was promised that they would come in. At the last minute, the driver messaged her and said he was not allowed to come into the airport with a sign because of covid which is a total lie.. and that he was going to be 20 minutes late. Fortunately she got a taxi instead.

The apartment is very clean and modern. The location was absolutely perfect and the host was very helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone thinking about staying in Budapest!

Convenient and spacious

Fantastic to be welcomed by the host who was thorough and so helpful, great tips of places to go and we had a great time at recommended restaurants and cafes. Excellent location and very clean and it had everything we needed for our weeks stay :)

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable- but I have a dodgy back so that could just be my own issue!

The location, host (Viktor) and the apartment size and amenities were eveb better than expected! We absolutely loved how easy we could get everywhere. Very well kept apartment. And would 100% stay again.

I have sensitivities scents, so lighter detergents would be great, but know it's common when staying in this type of rental.

The appartment was close to all the sights of the city and if the chain bridge was open (it was under construction) , it would be more easy to pass to Buda. Everything in this appartment was perfect! Location, modern , clean, comfortable , with a beautiful decoration, WI FI, TV, all functional. The free airport transfer was convinient. At the end, we have to say that the owner, Victor, was very helpfull and polite to everythnig we wanted. We were very satisfied.

Best apartment in the Budapest, close to all attractions. There are 3 air conditioning systems in the apartment, it was so nice when it was 38 degrees outside. Cleaning is included. Foodshop is 100 m away. Victor is very nice and helpful. Was sooo happy with the location, didn't have to take a taxi. it is so central.

Amazing location - close to many tourist spots especially the Hungarian Parliament Building and State Opera and also close to public transport link! Very clean and well maintained facilities with everything you need including cookware, toiletries and Wifi. Viktor is a helpful and kind host! Airport transfer was also very useful. Can’t fault this property at all, would stay again!

This is a great accommodation well located in the heart a Budapest, especially if you want to explore the numerous landmarks and sites nearby. Viktor, our host was so welcoming from the second we met him. He showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. I had asked him to sort out a surprise for my friends birthdays and he had decorated the apartment and got a cake in. The location was great, only 5 minute walk from a square with amazing restaurants and 15 minute walk from the shopping centre.

The only issue and it’s very minor was the shower, there were 4 of us staying and we couldn’t all shower after one another as the hot water ran out quickly, the bottom of the shower also overflowed if you was in there too long.

The apartment is just perfect and even nicer in reality than in photos. Nice location next to Dunavis river with the best restaurant in town and supermarket downstairs. Victor in an amazing hostess and helped us with the information he gaved us. We had a wonderful time!
