Property is fresh and clean

Staff. Despite making a payment in full online, the staff tried to charge me again, full price. It was only due to luck that I noticed does the number they put doesn't make sense and does not look like an incidental charge. It did take a while to convince them of that. Furthermore, after the checkout they called me and demanded more money, yet again. Really ... and, while end of day there was no monetary harm, how many people actually missed that?

The staff was amazing, especially the gentleman working the front desk!!!! The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfy!!!!

Maybe add 1 more washer/dryer set.

the location was hard to figure out at first and also took a few trips back and fourth from town. then just had to remember to get off at Macdonalds. Staff was unsure about where restaurants to suggest other than one-which we went to and was great. the beds were terrific-very comfy! the bathroom flooring was extremely slippery and also in the shower-very hard to take a shower-I think it was maybe a handicap room-which we did not need.

Comfortable, clean room. Great breakfast. Other than shower wand everything was very nice.

The lock bar to hold the shower wand in place does not hold and needs replacement. I reported this to the front desk attendant. That was the only complaint I had.

Clean and well kept

Excellent breakfast. Staff were attentive to keeping items available.

Wedding celebrants were pretty loud well into night. I did not hear them, but my husband did.

It was a nice place, decent facilities, comfy bed and staff were nice. The first room we were in the tv was broken but they moved us to a different room with a working tv right away

Floors weren't clean, not enough towels for a 6 day stay and no cleaning done in the 6 day time period. Had to ask for them to clean a bit and for clean towels and sheets, they changed the sheets added 2 towels but didn't clean or take out any garbages
