Convenient location very easy access to everything you want to see

The room was small, the bed was very hard and lumpy,and our room never seen any cleaning staff no clean towels and over flowing trash. At 100.00 a night you would think you could at least get 1 new set of towels. This will be on my last resort list

Airport shuttle

Air conditioning had leaked all the carpet. Room smelled bad because of that. We got in too late to try to change

Breakfast really sucked. And it was not kept up on the food.

Ease of check in. The phone to contact the front desk wasn’t working, so went down to the front desk and within 5 minutes, the maintenance man was at our room with a replacement.

TV wasn’t working

Thermostat in room only allowed settings that read warmer and cooler. It would have been better to be able to set a temperature.

Every lobby and pool washroom were filthy. Our room was disgusting. Had stains on walls, it smelled, loose taps, loose toilet seat, tub barley drained

could have been cleaner and there was too much chlorine in the water even in the shower I couldn’t breath and kept sneezing and our eyes were red and burning

Dirty. People loitering in the lobby were either from the adjacent Outback restaurant or, as I suspect, they were being housed at the hotel without our knowledge. There was a police presence there too. The hotel was also being used by the airline as many people being shuttled to and from the airport because of flight cancellations.

I requested a room on the ground floor and was given a room on the 3rd floor.

Staff very friendly. Our room was very clean. Hallways are dated and the carpet was worn in places. But our room was updated.
