Niché dans Nantucket, ce charmant maison pour 1 063 € par nuit est un génial choix pour votre prochain vacances Vous apprécierez cette maison de 1750, à seulement un pâté de maisons et demi des pavés de la rue Main inférieure. Très confortable pour une petite famille! La maison est bien équipée avec appareils électroménagers, laveuse / sécheuse, air climatisé central, grande télévision à écran plat, douche extérieure avec deux pommes de douche et une salle de ping-pong à l'arrière. Nous venons de terminer la rénovation! Il a une place de parking (même si nous pensons qu'il n'est pas nécessaire d'apporter une voiture) et nous avons également une jeep électrique en option. La maison est située entre le Handlebar Cafe (café avec d'excellents muffins à la cannelle) et la Nantucket Artist's Association. Tout ce que vous pourriez espérer; magasins, restaurants, épiceries, cafés sont à une très courte et belle promenade (1 minute).

Beautiful little historic home with all the modern conveniences. House was tastefully decorated, very clean, and close to everything. We slept great both nights and enjoyed our evenings by the cozy electric fireplaces watching TV. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

This is a charming old house and the location is very convenient; all of the shops and restaurants in "town" are a quick walk away. The buildings next door are a coffeeshop on one side and an art gallery on the other, which we enjoyed. Two issues worth mentioning. First, there is absolutely no sound insulation, internal or external. You will hear every footstep and conversation in the house, and every vehicle that drives by. The house is on a street that is a surprisingly busy corridor for buses, garbage trucks, and 18-wheelers, so the noise is constant. Next, the bathroom situation is pretty awkward. All three bedrooms are upstairs, along with one full bath. The issue is that all of the bedrooms have doors that open directly onto the bathroom. The hallway is also the bathroom, in other words. You will only want to rent this property with a group you are super-comfortable with. Overall it's a lovely little house, and I know it's a struggle to maintain the original charm when remodeling and modernizing older homes; I hope the owners are planning some strategic improvements and I wish them luck.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was the perfect location and very close to town. It was also pretty quiet at night compared to other spots in town we have stayed at over the years. Sam was very responsive and accommodating to our requests and questions. It was cool to stay in such a historic house. Everything was very clean. It was more than enough room for our group of 3 adults and 1 kid, with lots of extra space. The bedrooms are all a great size. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook. Overall, it is nicely maintained and updated. The upstairs tub could use updating. At first, the upstairs bathroom seemed a little awkward since it connected two of the bedrooms for access to the back staircase, limiting use of the back stairs if someone was in that bathroom. We made a plan to let everyone know if someone was in that bathroom, with the middle bedroom using the "secret" closet connecting to the bunk room for access to the back stairs. Of course the front stairs give normal access to the downstairs for those two bedrooms so not a big deal at all, but just to mention. It's an old house, so part of the layout. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great spot for a getaway weekend. Location is perfectly close to town. But just far enough away so it’s quiet. Nice little coffee shop steps away. No need for a car. 10 min walk from Steamship and 5 from Hy-line and stop n shop. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our girls weekend was wonderful at this property! We loved how it was within short walking distance to everything in town, and you could even see the water from the master bedroom. It’s quirky - being over 200 years old, the floors aren’t always level and the stairs are steep, so you do have to be careful as you walk in certain corners - but the quirks are a big part of the charm. The kitchen is beautiful and had all of the basic pots/pans/dishes we needed. The style is cute and clean, the grocery store is very close, and the owners checked in to make sure we were all set. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect location in close walking distance to town and the ferry. The house is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully restored. The kitchen had everything we needed which was great. We came during a historically cold weekend and enjoyed the gas fireplaces! I would definitely come back- highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nantucket. The amenities were wonderful and everything was very clean. Very comfortable and welcoming. It’s a great location to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Convenient walk to the ferry as well! Highly recommend staying at this lovely spot!

This property is really good, historic, near everything in downtown, has a parking spot, everything you would want if you for a stay near town.
One thing I would note that is more preference than critism is that from the pictures it is hard to the tell but the bathroom upstairs is shared by all 3 rooms. If you book this house make sure you are comfortable with that situation with your other guests.
Looking to come back next year with our kids.

This Nantucket home was so comfortable and the location was right in the heart of Nantucket. Samuel the owner was a pleasure to rent from, he made checking in and checking out effortless.
