This is a beautiful condo perfectly situated directly on the beach. We loved stepping from the pool deck into the sand. The condo is comfortably furnished with excellent beds, living room furniture, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is supplied with utensils/pans and dishes needed for preparing meals. Pool towels were also provided. Communication with the owner was helpful and entry easy. There is a restaurant across the street as well as a town trolly stop so that you can easily take it to others on the island. We appreciated the heated pool and hot tub as we visited during a cold week in January. The island is beautiful with many places to eat and shop; along with white sandy beaches to enjoy. We can highly recommend this condo for your visit there.

My husband and I just took our first trip to Anna Maria Island. I selected this particular condominium, after much searching, based on the location and especially comments from previous visitors. It is extremely clean and offers everything a visitor could want, from kitchen utensils, beach items to a marvelous view. It is in the middle of the island so it isn't a long distance to either end of the island whether it be looking for a new restaurant or a shopping spree. Thoroughly enjoyed!

This condo was lovely; everything we could have wanted was there. The location was perfect, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced; the frame is bent and sinking.

I've been coming to AMI for 12 years, probably 25-30 visits, and this unit makes it to the top of the list! It's very well equipped, including beach items and a well-equipped kitchen The view from the balcony is fabulous. The entire front of the unit is sliding glass doors, so even indoors you enjoy a breathtaking view. We walked to the shopping center a few times during our stay. The property manager is wonderful to deal with. I worked a little during our stay and there's an area adjacent to the kitchen that was a perfect spot for me to set up my "satellite" office. The pool was beautiful and plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounges are there. Our stay was heavenly.

This condo was perfect for four of us on a girls trip.The location to the beach and pool couldn't be better!! The large deck had plenty of room and great views.Secure building - felt safe at all times.Comunucation with Anne from beginning to end was great! We definitely would love to stay here again in the future!!

This stunning property has everything you might need for a long stay. Parking was easy, the grounds especially the large pool was lovely. A large deck with comfy furniture look out to the sand and beautiful surf of the Gulf of Mexico. And the manager, Linda, was easy to contact with a couple questions.

The condo is lovely, in a great location on the beach for walking to waterfront restaurants. Perfect place for four people to enjoy the beach, or relaxing by the pool, and watching sunset from the balcony.
Ann (the owner) and her property manager were both very helpful. The condo is well equipped with almost everything you would need. If you want to watch Netflix, Apple TV or Amazon rime, bring your rook or fire sick with you.

Best part of this place is: Location location location! We had a stunning view of beach/ocean from the balcony where we sat most days. Easy access to beach. Publix within a few minutes' drive and many good restaurants close by, too. Would def recommend!

The property could not have a better location! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset after time spent at the pool and beach. It’s close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. There is everything needed from pots, pans, silverware etc to beach chairs, towels, and beach toys for younger visitors. Ann and Linda were always accessible and went out of their way to answer any questions and assist as possible. Our trip was shorter than planned because of airplane mechanical problems day one and we left a day early because of a blizzard up our way, but we are absolutely coming back to this condo next year!

As always. we love this condo. This was our 3rd time renting here. Ann is very helpful and responsive. We were happy to see the new beach chairs! Unfortunately. we were evacuated after 3 nights due to hurricane Ian, but we hope to come back next year!

Location of this condo can't be beat. You have the best view from the balcony of the gulf and sunsets every night. Very comfortable furniture on the balcony. Pool is a nice size and while it does get a lot of use was never overcrowded when we used it. The trolley stop is right outside the property and would suggest using either that or the Monkey Bus to get around as parking is very limited on Island.
We would rent this property again.

Excellent Experience!
I cannot not express enough how amazing our experience was with the owner and our stay in this condo. This was our very first VRBO and it was so easy and went smoothly mostly because of Ann (property owner). Our flight was cancelled due to a blizzard the first night of our stay, so I reached out to Ann to inform her, and she graciously accommodated us and asked if we wanted to extend our stay one night. Everything worked out perfectly with regards to changing our airline tickets, so we accepted her offer. She was great to communicate with and was very prompt in her responses. As far as the condo, we could not have picked a better place to stay on AMI. The views from the condo and the location right on the beach was incredible! The cleanliness of this condo was impeccable. We had everything at our disposable such as kitchen accessories, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. If you're staying for a long period, the washer and dryer in the unit is another added benefit. We did not have to rent a vehicle the whole time we were there as we were able to ride the free trolley that travels from one end to the other on AMI. It conveniently stops right out front of the condo building. We chose this condo because it is centrally located in the middle of AMI. The minute we got off the plane in Sarasota, we were treated with the upmost respect and met the friendliest Floridians. Overall, we will definitely be coming back every year and staying in this condo!

Wonderful Vacation
I can’t say enough good things about this property and our experience. The view was breathtaking. The unit was clean. Ann is easy to communicate with and work with. The location is great. The free island trolley stops right outside the building. Private beach, pool, incredible sunsets, waking up to ocean waves, etc. it’s perfect. It was a wonderful week to remember and we’d love to come back.

This is the second time we have rented this condo. We love AMIC! Ann is great to work with. The condo is so well equipped! Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels, as well as an umbrella and cooler. The kitchen is well stocked too! We were fortunate that red tide wasn’t an issue for us.

Perfect location!
The condo was in the perfect location! We saw some beautiful sunrises and sunsets, as well as rainbows above the ocean a couple of mornings. The property owner was very accommodating.
