Location was perfect,realy 10 minutes walk from Eiffel tower or Trocadero, metro,RER an grocery shop.We like to stay between local citizens and this was the perfect way to feel like "parisien"for a few days.

Excellent location and area to stay. Felt like a real local. The surrounding streets had many eating choices and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was a typical Parisian apartment which is what I was after. However the décor in the living space is a little cheesy and could do with some updating but still comfortable none the less. The apartment was clean and well maintained and the apartment block was quiet as well. David was easy to deal with and helpful with our late checkout.

We had communicated to David early that we would be arriving in Paris earlier than the 3.00pm check-in time and asked if we could therefore have an earlier check-in. As instructed we notified David of our arrival once in Paris, which we thought would allow enough time for him to meet us at the apartment earlier. However, this was not the case. We still weren't able to check in until 3.00pm. In the end this didn't really matter (except for lugging our suitcases around the streets, which was tiresome after a long train ride from Belgium earlier that morning) as we found a fantastic café on the corner where we were able to sit and have some lunch. A real treat in the end. We travelled as a family with our 8 year old. She slept in the pull out sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable. If we had to stay longer than 3-4 nights we would probably would not have chosen this apartment.

The kitchen was not equipped to the level I was expecting. The pots and pans need to be changed. The decoration and furniture need an update.
