This house was perfect for our family gathering in preparation for a wedding. It had everything we needed and is walking distance to the college and downtown area. Julie is an excellent host and great communicator. The house was comfy and clean and has a large backyard. We really enjoyed our visit

Our stay was very nice. The house was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor patio space which made it nice to entertain family while we were in town. Julie brought us a homemade spice bread the day we arrived, was very good. Would definitely stay there again!

Had everything we needed and then some.
The house has everything you need for a stay and is clean, well-lit and well cared for. Communication was very good and I definitely recommend this property, especially if you need to do something on campus at Valpo. The walk to campus was very convenient for us.

This is a very well kept place. Perfect for pets although we don’t have one. There are many beds and the rooms are very clean. There is a large fenced in backyard for a dog run and a nice outdoor patio area. Make sure you bring an hdmi cable or the like if you want to use the televisions, they aren’t smart TVs. But we loved this place

My friends and I stayed here for homecoming. It was within easy walking distance of the campus. There was plenty of room upstairs and a huge basement downstairs. We enjoyed the outdoor space especially the covered patio area when it was raining. Julie was easy to work with. We would definitely rent from her again.

We spent most of our time at the beach and eating out, but we should have spent more time simply relaxing on the porch. My kids loved the chalk and decorating her porch with pictures. I loved the extras including an amazing piece on zucchini bread, booster seat, gate for the stairs, etc. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for our high school reunion. Great safe location, just 2 blocks from downtown Valpo which has great restaurants and boutiques. The house was very clean and Julie is a great communicator. There is plenty of space inside and outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie’s, the house was very clean and had everything we could need for our trip. We loved the water pressure and reverse osmosis water. It was so convenient to walk to downtown valpo and the kids loved the park right next door. Julie was a fantastic host and very helpful. Definitely recommend it!

The house was great and accommodated my family and I beautifully! All the extra things were such as all the games, poker table, extra jackets, movies, etc. were great! The house was super clean too.

Lovely Home with Space
Our family of four plus a guest loved our stay at this quaint and comfy home. The extra space for solitude in and outdoors is far better than tiny hotel rooms. Everything we needed was available to us. We’ll stay here again for sure.
