We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone, the beds were so comfortable, and the chef's kitchen was a dream to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We saw a lot of deer at dusk and enjoyed the hot tub at night. One of the nicest rental properties with all the amenities and great location.

Eight of us stayed at the Greenwood property, spending three nights, celebrating my wife's birthday.
Greenwood is a great property. Four bedrooms, three of them having attached bathrooms. Well equipped large kitchen, dining area, and outdoor area.
It is in a very good location, nice views, proximity to downtown, wineries, and Lake Nacimiento.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! It was immaculately clean and everything was top notch. The set up was perfect for our family, plenty of private space and lots of bathrooms. Gorgeous views from all sides of the house. Would love to stay here again.

All was good until 4:30 am. Fire alarms went off several times until we checked out. First call to Paso Robles Rental took more than 30 minutes before a decision was made to send maintenance out to check the problem. Jason checked the property and was thorough.
Recommend you have a process to follow for this situation for both for the company and renters.

Our group of 7 had a great stay here! The location was very convenient, walking distance to downtown. And the house was extremely spacious. All the rooms were clean and bright. We enjoyed the kitchen and the hot tub. Would stay here again!

Our family was getting together or a funeral/reunion and needed to make arrangements on a short notice. The booking process was seamless and communication with our host was responsive and a breeze.
The property itself was on a small court on top a hill only 5mins from downtown. We had two families staying which was perfect and there were essentially two masters bedrooms, one on each floor plus the additional rooms. The open concept worked out wonderfully for our Father’s Day brunch when a few other family members joined us that morning.
Everything was clean, well organized, the kitchen was a 5 star setup and the kids (teens) enjoyed the outdoor gathering and hot tub space. We would absolutely recommend this for a family vacation.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating my 65th birthday with all but one of our family! The location was perfect, close enough to town to walk (even tackled the hill going back!) and yet quiet and private. My first time to Paso Robles, I'll definitely return!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this gorgeous property with 3 of our friends over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. The house was perfect for our group of 5!! We needed 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms which was hard to find, but this house had just what we needed. Plus a bonus powder room.
The layout of the house was perfect for privacy yet had a nice comfy family room where we congregated on the sofas after a day of wine tasting and good food. The outdoor patio was also a great place to sit and enjoy the cool breezes. The kitchen had great professional appliances and was well stocked for home cooking (the fridge was the largest I’d ever seen!)
We had 3 cars and 2 of the cars fit very nicely in the garage with the 3rd car in the driveway. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and yet still just a 5-minute drive to downtown. The check-in/check-out process was so easy to use, plus just a quick phone call was required to the rental company to ensure the house was in good shape both on arrival and departure. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about it. Better than the on-line description and exactly what we, four friends, needed. The property manager thought of everything including two welcoming bottles of wine and great instructions for making our stay easy and comfortable. Would love to come back.

4 couples stayed 3 nights in this beautifully furnished home. The location was good, the neighborhood was quite, the deck and view were excellent and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The home deco is current and very stylish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back in the future.
Note: the remote for the fireplace needs new batteries; the wine opener was dull and difficult to use so we gladly donated a new one to the house.

We absolutely loved this house. Beautiful layout, large bedrooms with baths, big kitchen with high end appliances, large dining area for all of us to get around, and nice great room with gas fireplace. Located up on a hill with great views, not far from downtown. Our group of four couples really had a great time. And Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was a delight to work with.

This is an absolutely fantastic home in Paso! The house is even nicer than the beautiful pictures make it seem! The house was bigger than anticipated and the amenities were perfect for our birthday/girls weekend. We loved the kitchen and being able to grill. The location to wineries and downtown was an added bonus. I also loved the personal note and champagne. I’m definitely going back and highly recommend this property!

We are 4 women out for a girls weekend without the husbands. Loved that the common space in the house was plenty big. The kitchen was amazing! 3 of the rooms had on suite baths. The 4th had a small bathroom just outside the room.

The property is beautiful, quiet, serene and very private. The house was very clean and amenities were amazing. Supplies were abundant and the gift of coffee and wine were greatly appreciated. The dining room chairs could use repadding but overall the place was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay and will return!

This is probably the best rental we’ve had at Paso Robles! The location was perfect, the house was perfect and had everything we could need during our stay. There is a little hill to drive up to get to the home, but we didn’t find our smaller cars to have an issue with it. Our group has booked numerous PSVR's, VBRO's and Air B&B's in the Paso area over the years each spring and fall. When we are leaving, we always discuss what we should post regarding our stay and the specific rental. This time with Greenwood, we are torn in regard to what we should post. On one hand, we had a great time and the place had everything our group needed. Great location, perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked and very clean. The property was beautiful, and we would love to come back again in the future. However, we also don't want people to know how great this place was because we are worried that once the word gets out, it will be tough for us to book the place in the future! Hopefully we will be able to enjoy many future stays at Greenwood in the future!

The pictures of the property don’t do the property real justice. The pictures suggest a so-so property but in reality it is an upscale property with three of the four full baths being en-suite. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a premium experience at a reasonable price. Hopefully we’ll get a chance to stay there again in the future.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless and clean upon arrival as well as fully stocked with everything we needed (plus more) during our stay. We just stayed at this this property for a wine tasting weekend. It's very clean, updated, close to town, on a quiet street. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. There are 2 decks to enjoy, a hot tub, and a dining area and family room. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and the fridge is large. The property description was accurate. Home was great: clean & roomy, large modern kitchen, many baths and bedrooms and a great deck. It's in a very quiet, private location but still near town and roads to wineries. The road in is a bit surprising (curvy, steep) and threw us off at first - I'd give guests a warning about it. We went to wineries, downtown, Cambria, restaurants. Only negative was that dishwasher broke down (electronics) and vacuum didn't work. Property manager was great. We'd recommend.

This house is great. We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room. Nicely updated and clean. BBQ and hot tub on the deck. Nice view. Would recommend it to anyone.

We (4 couples) rented the property for a 4 night stay. Our trip included hiking, golfing, shopping and, of course, wine tasting.
The accommodations were excellent. Spacious home, very clean, well stocked, great decks, and walking distance to downtown. We dined in each night and took advantage of the gourmet stove top and oven.
I am very impressed with the superb customer service we received from Paso Robles Vacation Rentals.
I will definitely rent this home again.
