Four people stayed very comfortably in a clean, well-appointed home. Really nice porch and outdoor setting overlooking park and river. Easy access to downtown and Westside restaurants. Nice amenities available for use.

The most awesome stay ever! Perfect location! Loved the porch and view from porch -nice park right there as well as foot bridge to downtown. Had fun on bikes! Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable - loved having 3 full bathrooms. Easy access to everything! Definitely coming back!!!! Thank you!

The background patio view is like something out of a fairytale book. The yard landscaping is beautiful with the pond and park across the way we found it peaceful and stunning. It is evident that the owner puts great pride into the landscape and there are a lot of amenities and guidance for the area.

Spent a long weekend in Bend celebrating a special occasion with close friends and this was the perfect place, lots of beds, big kitchen, beautiful outdoor space, and great location right by the river and close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, etc. Loved that the house had bikes for us to use. Susan was wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Downtown Bend and the Westside were easily walkable from this amazing home. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Six adults were in our group. There was plenty of room. The back patio area is amazing. It was so nice to hang out there. I think the house was actually better than the pictures. Probably the only draw back is there isn’t an area to securely store bikes, equipment, etc that renters may bring.

We had a lovely vacation at this beautiful property. The location of the home, and the facilities provided are wonderful. We hope to visit again next year. In the meantime I’ll have to try hard, to make my kitchen as cute as Susan’s! Thanks again for a memorable stay.

This home was perfect for our family. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION was awesome. The house was steps from Drake Park, Mirror Pond/Deschutes River, & 3 blocks to original Bend downtown. Grandkids (3 & 5yrs) had their first kayak experience (Canoe & 2 Kayaks provided by home owner). Had such a fun time they insisted on doing so twice daily. Full length, deep covered porch facing the park with 8 awesome adirondack chairs to lounge and relax. AND a full length patio with more chairs available, table and chairs for eating. Grandkids rode their little bikes around the patio (had a quaint picket fence to keep them safe).
The interior of the home was excellent. 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths, with everything we needed. Pleasant decor that made you feel at home. We ate & played games at a dining table for 8 daily. Kitchen had every tool provided to cook, bake, eat, make coffee & cocktails. Roomy fridge for you to stock.
This is a wonderful home and location for your family to rest, relax, and enjoy. Our family had a lovely experience.

We've rented about six different houses in Bend over the last ten years. This is perhaps the nicest. The location and the expansive back porch simply cannot be beat.
When we stayed in this house four years ago, the only shortfall was the living room furniture. Well, that's been replaced and it's now much more comfortable.
I had little interaction with our host -- there was no need for it, as everything was in order. I did ask if we could check in a little early, and she responded right away that this would be fine.

We had a delightful stay with family gathering from Colorado, Wyoming and Oregon. Beautiful home; well appointed kitchen, outstanding porch and patio and an excellent location. It couldn’t have suited our group more (3 couples, a grandparent and 15 month old).

Susan's home was absolutely perfect. The very best beds that any of us have ever experienced in a vacation rental (when all 5 people agree that the beds are great, they must be pretty special!). The back porch is to die for, and the location is spot on. With the river just across the street, we launched the kayaks with ease. Downtown Bend was just a 5 minute walk, and the Mill District was an easy 20 minute walk. Susan's communication was fast and clear, and the home has everything anyone could need.

This home was cozy and spacious, with a fireplace and plenty of room for our family of 8 to hang out in. The kitchen was well-equipped. 4 roomy bedrooms and 3 full baths were wonderful. It's delightfully decorated-such a fun place to come home to after a day out exploring. The location is perfect-with a beautiful view of the river and walking distance to town and great restaurants, breweries, etc. It's also a short drive to wonderful hikes and trails. The house was immaculate and Susan is a great host, very responsive. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bend.

There were five of us, family and friends. The beds are so comfortable and there are three bathrooms! The kitchen is well stocked. Susan’s decorating style is both easy and graciously eclectic. The location is ideal, close to Old Town, trails, the river. I love love love this house and I can’t wait to go back.

This was a ideal home and location for a multi generation vacation. The home is lovely with all the amenities and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the canoe and kayaks as Mirror Pond was across the way. Beautiful view from the back porch.

Best location in Bend. People strolling by when we were sitting on the deck often remarked about how great the house was.

The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with amenities like towels, shampoo, even basic kitchen items (we drank some of your tea! and it made our evening). The location could not have been better. It is walking distance to multiple urban areas with restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and we loved the back patio.

We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful home! We were steps away from Mirror Pond and Drake Park, and a shot, beautiful walk to all the wonderful shops and restaurants downtown. If only we could've stayed longer!
