This home is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place for our family reunion. Very comfortable for older and younger folks and sparkling clean. The deck was a lovely spot for morning coffee for the adults and cartwheels for the kid. We all enjoyed it and everyone was amazed by the house and the views. We would love to come back!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone had plenty of space and the house was spotless. The owner was very responsive and the house was as advertised. We were very satisfied and will likely rent here again in the future. Related, this neighborhood is perhaps the most idyllic beachfront community in New England. It feels like you are at the ocean. p.s. my only suggestion for improvement would be to have a broom in the house :)

This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first stay two years ago. We woke up to see seals every morning right in front of our house!

This is our second time staying at this lovely house with it’s gorgeous views. Everything is so nice, the kitchen is very well appointed with high end appliances and plenty of dishes etc. the beds are comfortable too. We love everything about it.

The house was beautiful and comfortable which was a good thing since it rained all week. There was an issue with the downstairs bathroom but the owner was very responsive and had a plumber at the house within an hour of being notified. Would stay there again!!!!

The view of the ocean was amazing. We got to watch seals rest on the rocks every evening and watch them play. Every level of the house had great viewing. The beds were very comfortable and the Kitchen was well stock for making family meals. Our family thanks you.

Rick has a beautiful home with wonderful views of the ocean. I was up every morning to catch the sunrise from the large back deck. Quick access to all the amenities Route 1 has to offer, but removed enough on ocean so not dealing with a ton of traffic. Rick was extremely responsive when it came to answering my questions leading up to the trip and while on vacation. The house worked extremely well with our 2 families - one family on the bottom floor with the mid level common area separating from the family on the top floor. Very nice home/location. I would rent here again.

Love the Wells area….great stay

We travel with two disabled adults. Both are mobile, but we love the stairways with two landings between each floor and sturdy railings on both sides of the stairwell for them! There are bedrooms on the first and third floor with common living space on the second floor. Beautiful porches looking out to the ocean! A clean and spacious kitchen/living room area. This is a gorgeous place to stay!

Lovely house in great location. Convenient to route 1 restaurants and stores but located in quiet, peaceful area. The deck view could not be beat so we often chose restaurant take-out and simply sat back and enjoyed watching the ocean. Kitchen was very well equipped when we did decide to cook and living room area was very comfortable. Master bedroom was spacious and offered more fabulous ocean views. Quick ride to North Beach gave us some wonderful beach days and long walks in the sand. We would stay again!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this home. The set up was perfect for our group- having the second floor separating the bedrooms was great to allow for some space so those who woke up early or went to bed late did not disturb others. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The home was unbelievably clean- the kitchen was well equipped with all of the necessities. Stunning view from all of the balcony’s. So impressed with this place and we look forward to booking again!

First thing I noticed when we entered the house was the cleanliness. This is very important to me and the family. Kitchen appliances are of good quality. Ocean view form the house is very relaxing; first thing I did every morning was look out and enjoy the ocean.

The house is bright, clean and comfortable including the beds.It has a wonderful view of the ocean. The night we arrived I cooked dinner for six people and had everything I needed to do it. All the appliances are top notch and we all coveted the refrigerator especially. Rick the owner was very responsive to all my questions and quickly replaced the TV when the picture went out on the one in the living room. We had a wonderful time despite the monsoon we experienced one night we booked again for next year.

This listing is a nice house. Unfortunately, there are many other other properties that have been built around the rental. Yes, you can view the ocean but it isn’t like the photos that are shown. The view is what sold the house for us. I wish it was what we had.

We are a group of healthcare professionals that travel together on a regular basis. We tend to gravitate to Maine but, enjoy New England in general. Our priority is an ocean view and enough room for the seven of us to hang out and enough bedrooms to be comfortable. This house had it all. Rick was a great communicator and instructions were very clear. The house itself was beautiful with all upgraded appliances and plenty of room to gather in or out. There was nothing that we were lacking on our trip. We were very close to many options for dinner or lunch. Portland and Portsmouth are equal distance away at only a thirty minute drive in either direction. We would be delighted to return. Thanks Rick!
