This is the second time we have stayed here with our group. 6 adults and 8 kids (4-13).
We absolutely love this home. It has everything for all ages. The location is key. When there is good snow, you have the ability to have a few different sledding hills. From short and easy to long and fast. We were blessed with 3’ of fresh powder and even got some snow flurries while there. We will be making this an annual trip and will be staying at John’s place.

Outstanding house in Flagstaff right on the golf course too!! Everything was perfect. House owner was top notch and attentive to details. Clean and spacious. Well stocked with the necessities. Couldn’t have had a better time. And the snow made it even better!! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our Christmas celebration in Flagstaff. Our host was so quick to respond to our questions and made us feel so welcome. The home was spacious, clean and perfect for our family gathering . We loved the views, the location and the kitchen was a dream.

The house had plenty of room for the 10 of us. It was well stocked in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. The walls and doors are banged up and dirty. The ceiling fan in the master suite had years of dust on it. The floors and rugs were filthy, they had not been vacuumed before we arrived. I wouldn't walk barefoot in the house. We were charged a substantial cleaning fee up front, which is not fair since we walked into a dirty house. The outside balcony had not been cleaned either. Table and chairs were covered in dust and dirt. The metal spiral staircase going down to the basement is challenging to use. I have stayed in lovely VRBO rentals before but I do not recommend this property to others.

My extended family and I stayed here for a short getaway in November. Sedona hiking, Grand Canyon visit and general sightseeing around Flagstaff - the house was perfectly located for us to return to and relax after all our activities. It was very spacious, which was a main reason for renting, as it had a basement bedroom for my in-laws to retreat to a little earlier than the rest of us. The wrap around balcony saw a lot of use for our early morning coffee drinkers and the fire pit was used every night which was a great opportunity for us all to plan for the next day. The star gazing was pretty immense also, as Flagstaff has very little city lighting.
On our last day we had a medical emergency and John, the owner was very understanding and helpful through the situation.
All in all 10/10, would love to stay again.

Our group of 8 (augmented by 4 more for our business meetings) thoroughly enjoyed this home. Very comfortable accommodations allowing each of three couples to stay in private quarters. The kitchen was very amazing and fully equipped for every need. During our morning meeting on our final day two mule deer bucks entered the backyard along the golf course — beautiful! Thank you for making such a wonderful home available.

The house was beautiful and the host responded to any questions immediately. We came to Arizona with 6 adult family members to see the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff area. We used the house as our home base, the house is spacious, lots of thoughtful amenities and the outdoor area is amazing! Would highly recommend this home, we had a fantastic stay!

This home was wonderful - exactly as shown. A number of us stayed at the house while others visited us there. We were able to make the most of the time we had with out-of-town family.

Loved this home! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were SO comfortable! There was even wood for us to use at the firepit. Saw lots of deer grazing within the property. Plus, it looks just like it looks in the VRBO listing. Highly recommend.

We had our second stay at this home and we like it so much we are coming back next year. It is a great location for us since it is on the golf course and our favorite thing is to sit on the back deck and listen to the wind in the pines. The house is as pictured and the owner is super responsive. The pool table, ping pong and corn hole game are all fun and the outside fire pit is a great addition. The house has a great layout and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

This house was great for my son's graduation weekend at NAU. The house was a perfect gathering place for our family. The kitchen is big and had everything we needed to cook. the living room is big with a beautiful view of the golf course. John was great & easy to work with when I had questions about the house.

We enjoyed the house. It was the perfect weekend getaway for our family. The only disappointment was we were not able to take full advantage of all the extras, like the fire pit and sauna. We had a blast playing pool and darts. John was wonderful with communication. We would definitely book this venue again and again!

This place was fantastic and my compliments to the owners. We were 2 families (8 ppl) including teens and wanted a place to stay while we explored Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc. Not only was the house spotless and nicely decorated, the owner was thoughtful enough to have extra linens, towels, shampoo, soap and every kitchen gadget you could need. We were all very impressed with how well organized the house was, and how comfortable the beds were. I highly recommend this house if you ever need to stay around Flagstaff.

Owner was very responsive. Property spotless. Quality furnishings and very well stocked. Only thing we would suggest is that for winter guests having a supply of ice melt. We experienced big snowfall and the driveway is very steep. We had a very difficult time getting up the driveway. We know that isn't always the issue but just a thought. Everyone had a lovely time and top notch property.

Overall a great stay. We really enjoyed the house.
The only thing I would say is to pay more attention tio the cleaning (floors were filthy and the coffee provided was expired as well as the coffee creamers. We also found empty propane tanks for the grill) other than that the house is as described. Nice place with awesome views. :)

Perfect house for three families, we’ve taken trips to flag every year and this house was by far the best. Location was awesome. Didn’t leave for anything. Hills for kids to sled, fire pit was awesome in the snow, tons of fun things for the kids (pool table, darts, ping pong)
Communication was on point with the owner and he was beyond accommodating to our group. I can’t say enough about how great this place is. Definitely our go to in flagstaff.

This home was absolutely comfortable and beautiful. John the host was very accommodating he made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The first morning we woke up to 10” of snow and about 10 Elk snuggled all around the trees in the back.. It was so beautiful we were able to just sit in silence watching the Elk. This was a perfect retreat and will book this spot again…

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We had 2 large families with teenagers and we all had a comfortable place to sleep. We would highly recommend!

My husband and I took our 3 adult kids and a couple friends to Flagstaff for a week of snow filled fun. The home was exactly like the photos, clean, modern, and newly renovated.with everything we needed to cook big family meals. The kids enjoyed playing pool, darts and watching movies in the basement at night. It was a great home base for our trip to the Grand Canyon. It’s close to great restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is full of beautiful homes and is very well kept. I imagine it’s just as beautiful in the summertime! Check in and out was so easy and communication with the owner was great. My daughter left a drawer full of clothes and he made sure we got them back. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend and will stay again!

The 9 of us had a fabulous busy week. So lucky to have had perfect weather. Enough snow for to sled we did the Dear farm, coaster canyon, Bearizona, polar express Than the train to Grand Canyon last the polar experience memories we will all cherish. Had a great time in flag and this place made it special. Highlight was watching golfers on the 11th hole and walking distance to the Oakmont! Plan on coming back next year!

Everything about this rental was perfect. The house was very comfortable and felt like home and even allowed our two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked, the deck was nicely shaded, there were extra blankets and pillows, and plenty of puzzles and games to keep everyone busy. The location was great, just a short walk to the Oakmont at Continental Country Club where there was a dog friendly patio. And the landlord was very helpful and communicative before and through-out our stay answering every question I had. He was also compassionate and generous when I had to leave our stay earlier than planned for health reasons. We stayed in the summer, but this house would be perfect in the winter too since it doesn’t have a steep driveway like many homes in the area. If you are looking for a house that can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of friends, where you can even bring along your furry family members, this is it!

What an awesome home for our family when we traveled to Flagstaff for my daughter’s wedding! Plenty of space for ten of us and close to the Little America hotel for the wedding festivities.
The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and roomy for our meals. The main floor has the living room, kitchen & dining room plus three bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. This enabled my parents to not have to go up or down stairs. We had absolutely everything we needed.
The patio is spacious & was a frequent gathering place for us. The house is beautiful and inviting. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our 4 nights immensely. We will definitely go back if we stay again in Flagstaff.
