Ce condo au dernier étage (unité 519) dans le charmant complexe Ocean One offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le salon et les balcons de la chambre principale. Il a été rénové et réaménagé à l'hiver 2017-2018 pour lui donner la sensation d'un chalet de plage coloré avec une vue penthouse.
Les murs de la cuisine ont été abattus pour la rendre spacieuse et ouverte, et de nouvelles armoires et comptoirs en quartz ont été installés. Les salles de bain des deux chambres ont été totalement vidées, et la moquette et les carreaux sont également neufs. Presque tous les meubles des chambres, du salon et de la salle à manger sont neufs. La chambre principale a un lit Sleep Number, et les trois téléviseurs ont Netflix. C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et écouter l'océan!
Le complexe Ocean One est très bien entretenu et dispose d'une nouvelle zone de grillades en plein air.
Le condo est à quelques pas de Coligny Plaza avec sa variété de magasins et de restaurants et de divertissements --- vous pouvez laisser votre voiture dans le parking pendant toutes vos vacances. Vous pouvez sortir du complexe Ocean One pour parcourir des kilomètres de pistes de course, ou faire du vélo pour une balade sur la plage, ou conduire quelques kilomètres vers les parcours de golf de premier ordre à proximité.
Cette villa est non-fumeur sans animaux. Le nettoyage est inclus dans les tarifs, mais 10% Hilton Head et les taxes d'État ne le sont pas. Des cartes de stationnement pour deux voitures sont délivrées pour chaque séjour.

Everything was outstanding.. Fully stocked beach condo. The view of the beach was outstanding. The pool was very nice. Very clean.So much within walking distance ... restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo for a family or a couple vacation.

This condo was perfect for our family on vacation. The view of the ocean is perfect, and it is just off to the side so you don’t hear noise from the pool area. There are bathrooms by the pool which were incredibly convenient for those with kids, and all of the grounds are well maintained, including the pool. The gated parking lot felt secure, and there was always enough parking. The location was amazing having just 2 minute walk to Coligny for ice cream, restaurants, etc.
Inside the unit you’ll find everything updated with more than enough space in the bedrooms, kitchen, living room. The unit was stocked up with anything you would need, better than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and store food for the week, plus a washer and dryer which were super convenient. The closet had beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool noodles etc. the bedrooms had sound machines, a pack and play, an extra fold out twin bed, tons of blankets and more.
All around this was one of our favorite beach condos ever, and we travel a lot. The owner was incredibly responsive every step of the way, which was appreciated. Book this unit and you won’t be disappointed!!

First time at Hilton Head and will definitely be returning. Condo was very nice with excellent ocean view. Nice pool and fire pits at Ocean One. The location is perfect for walking the beach and to stores, restaurants and bars, also to Piggly Wigglys. Thanks we really enjoyed our vacation!

Love this property; has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Property owner is excellent at communication and very accommodating if you need anything. Condo and property are very clean and well kept. Pool area and fire pit area very nice. Excellent location close to everything.

We had a week stay in April. Condo was great, very spacious. Great location with close proximity of Coligny Plaza. Rented bikes for the week and highly recommend doing so - lots of fun. Would highly recommend Ocean One for your stay. Ocean front view and pool was wonderful.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The owner helped make our checkin process super smooth and accommodated an early check-in, which really helped us with an infant in tow. Upon inquiring about a high chair, she shipped one to the property for use during our stay! The property is beachfront with great sunrise views and the colors of the sky at sunset can easily be viewed, as well. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza and close to most HHI restaurants. We would readily come back!

Just as good as remembered but non-smokers beware as those on the patios who smoke send their smoke your way. Made sitting on patio in the evening very difficult.

Great property, great access, great view.
Second time we’ve stayed in this unit. Both times have been great. The place is clean, great location and excellent view from the balcony. 2 bedroom is perfect for a couple with kids. Stocked with all the non-food items you need, solid TV/cable/internet. Owners are very nice!

Perfect Family Getaway!
We had an amazing vacation! The condo was so clean and had everything we needed to cook and feel comfortable for the week. The view is unbeatable! Our kids loved the pool almost as much as the beach and my husband and I spent every evening on the balcony. Stephanie was very communicative! We wish we could have stayed all summer!

We were a party of 4 seniors (my husband, my sister and her husband). The condo was phenomenal! Awesome living area with a wonderful deck that was plenty roomy. We tried to reserve it again for October but with no luck. Check in was a breeze and will definitely return. A wonderful week had by all!

We had the great fortune to find this condo! Sat in the living room watching the ocean...dolphins, jumping fish, beautiful sun rises!! The condo was beautiful and just as represented on the website. Had everything we could have asked for and was spotlessly clean, welcoming and plenty of space. We hope we can return in the future.

Plenty of room and terrific view!
I was impressed with the amount of room that we had! The kitchen, bedrooms and living rooms were so big. You can't beat the large view of the ocean. Wonderful!

We had a great time as always ex Roy my husband got sick. Had him to urgent care 2 times. He was in bed most all the time. We wanted to mention that the screen on slider didn’t want to stay on and the blinds in living room are coming loose from wall

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is in a fabulous location - easy to get to and in the heart of things to do. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony. Imagine our surprise to see a giant buck in the dune……. Guess he wanted a day at the beach. . The property was super clean and has everything you need. The rooms are large, the kitchen is very nice and appreciated the full sized washer and dryer. We loved this location and this unit. Stephanie was excellent to work with…. Responded quickly to any questions. Checkin was easy. We will definitely be back to rent this unit again!
