This was a nice property very close to the Colosseum and other historical attractions in Rome. It's basic, but comfortable, and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall a great stay!

Great location with lots of restaurants close by for dinner options at night. We spent a week here as a launching point for touring Rome and the location worked out really well. Apartment was nice, had everything we needed. AC worked really well, we have 2 kids and 1 stayed down in the downstairs bedroom and the other in the pull out couch. The TV was alittle temperamental but we weren't there to watch tv. There is a grocery store about a block and a half down that we were able to get basics for the week. Overall, great for the price and location. Great dealing with the owner, answered all of our questions.

We already miss our home away from home in Rome; it is a gorgeous apartment with two levels (the kids' room is down some quaint stairs) with a lovely courtyard to dine full of fragrant flowering blossoms. It was really spacious and just beautiful. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from the Colosseum and a ten second walk to several delicious restaurants. A 24 hour grocery store is just down the street. Alex is a wonderful host who was so welcoming and helpful. We locked the key in the apartment, and even though it was a holiday and she was out of town celebrating she drove all the way back to Rome to let us in, which was so nice because my kids were freaking out. You will not regret staying here!

Alessandra was a wonderful host who provided us with lots of recommendations and was always available when needed. The stay is very close to the Colosseum but is a few streets from the main road so it wasn't too noisy from all the tourists. We would stay here again!

This cute apartment has all of the charm that you would expect. A very comfortable and quiet place to stay in a great location. Walking distance to all of the sights that you would want to visit. We would highly recommend staying here.

Friendly welcome, nice flat, low noise, no traffic, the most interesting points are reachable within 5 to 50 min by feet, lot of restaurants and cafés nearby, Carrefour is 5 min ahead.
When nessesary bus and metro are also nearby.
If you have a Rome Pass you can take the Hop on - Hop off - Bus for about 48 hours from Colosseum-station to reach the most important POI around. Bytheway, I think such a pass is recomended. Take the Vatikan-museum-tour, then you are Afterwards automatically within the Dome. If you want to go upstairs take the Line for the lift. That's it.

We have just spent a week in Rome living in this great apartment. There are walkable distances in every direction to anything you want to experience in the city.
It’s also right next to the subway and the moment you step out the door, you see the Colosseum right down the street.
The apartment in itself is clean and comes with a discreet kitchen, bathroom and living room.
The feature we enjoyed the most was the lovely patio.
The only downside to the apartment was the door less rooms both downstairs and to the living room. That made the nights a little more noisy than necessary.
With that being said, we had an amazing time and do recommend!

Cannot best this location. Close to everything, including the mervelous San Clemente Basilica 1/2 block away. Safe area full of restaurants and farm stands. Alessandra is a wonderful host and helped us a lot with suggestions, instructions. Very pleasant stay.

A very short walk to the Colosseum, so very well situated.
We used the two bedrooms and the living room sofa bed for my son as we needed 3 sleeping areas for the 4 of us.
The garden porch was lovely in the afternoon and the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed (mostly coffees).
Great local restaurants and a really nice atmosphere in the area.
Would recommend this property, it really was a great place to stay.

Fab location, comfy beds
Great location, a stone's throw from the Colleseum. We had a few issues with the hot water which was a shame (cold showers in winter are not pleasant brrrrr) but Alessandra was very reactive and the owner tried hard to solve the problem .
The flat is comfortable and well equipped if a little rustic ( in a charming way) , we cooked a few meals here or ate delicious pizza just up the road. We walked everywhere including to the Vatican, it is a perfect base for exploring Rome.
We were a bit disappointed to have to pay a 'late fee' as we arrived after 8pm.

Good location for getting about - maybe a bit noisy in the early morning.
Beds and furniture are a bit tired and floor needs a good steam cleaning and sealing.
We enjoyed the outdoor space and the cafe on the corner is excellent.

lovely apartment
This was listed as a three bedroom apartment but in fact was a two bedroom with a long couch in the living room. Disappointing but we made due. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great two bedroom home which could easily accommodate six located near the Colosseum and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Vatican is a 15-20 € taxi drive away. Loved having a terrace. When checking in ask the owner how to operate the window in the lower level. Don’t be put off by the exterior of the unit.

Quiet Colosseum flat
Stayed for a few nights with three children. This apartment worked out great. It was nice and cool on the very hot days. Close to the Colosseum and within walking distance of many other sites and easy walking to metro/bus A nice, quiet neighbourhood away from the street noise. A small fruit market right next door in the morning. This place had everything we needed for our time in Rome.

Our family of 5 had a great time. Location was great, ac was good, loved the kitchen. The garden courtyard outside was so nice.

Nice Stay in Rome
We stayed here 5 nights, and it worked out really well. Firstly, communication from property owner was great and we were met at unit for check in. It’s about a 20 minute walk from central train station.
You’re so close to the Colosseum that you can see it when you look out your door to the left. There is also a grocery store in the street. The better stop right at the Colosseum also works well to get around the city, we took it to get to the Vatican one day.
Ample room with AC in the flat, only issue was the light great in the lowest level. Courtyard was great, we ate many meals out there, like everybody else we were visited by the 2 cats.
Overall a wonderful stay, recommend.

Amazing Location w a Spectacular View
First off the location of the flat was in the best area possible! It was even better than expected after reading raving reviews. There are great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood surrounding the flat and we had some favorites we stopped by multiple times on our trip. The flat Size was perfect for my older parents and my boyfriend. The kitchen and outside terrace were the best areas to hang out in and having a washer to wash clothes was amazing as we were halfway through our trip. Alessandra was lovely and always easy to contact. She was very sweet and provided great recommendations. Would stay again and think others would have a lovely time as well!

Well located large apartment on the main floor on quiet street 2 blocks from Coloseum. Many good restaurants in the area, shops, food stands. Very enjoyable.

Perfect appartment
Clean and cosy appartment, just like the pictures. It is perfectly situated, 100 meters from the Colosseum and a metro station. We had a very pleasend stay and would really recommand this appartment. Communication was fast and easy.

Charming flat very near to Colosseo!
Staying at Alessandra’s charming flat was a pleasure! The home was clean, quiet, and had a lovely patio where my family enjoyed dinner one night (takeaway from a nearby pizza place that Alessandra recommended). The home had a washing machine which was a nice amenity for our 2 week travels, and Alessandra even arranged for a taxi to the airport on the day we left. If you want to be near to the Colosseo and Roman forum, I highly recommend. If you are looking to be closer to the Vatican or Piazza Navona, the location is a bit further, although walkable.

Lovely apartment, great location
My family and I were thrilled with this lovely apartment! It is perfectly situated in a nice neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, and shops allowing you to "live" in Rome. My two daughters (5 & 7) loved their lower level bedroom and playing in the garden with the friendly cats who live in the courtyard. The bathroom is large for Italy and the kitchen is well stocked and very useful. It's perfectly located near public transportation that allows you to easily access the city. We absolutely loved of our stay!!

Very nice apartment in de beautiful surroundings of ancient Rome
We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in february 2019. The apartment provides all necessities and is clean and well maintained. The Colosseum, various restaurants and a supermarket are down the road. We explored the city mostly on foot.
