great location good size and layout

dirty, not maintained, beds did not have sheets. 1 roll or toilet paper for 4 days and 8 guests. whole downstairs leaked a lot of water, staff not interested.

View was great and plenty of chairs around the house. Mattresses were comfortable. DVD player wasn’t working but they replaced it quickly which was super kind. Parents were very grateful.

Shower and bathroom floors were filthy! Floors around the house were dirty and nothing had been dusted and dishwasher had old food in the bottom and dishes in pantry had food still on them. Very disappointing when u feel like u need to wear thongs in the shower and around the house. Cleaning definitely needs to be improved!!

The location for the view aspect was great, plus the well equipped kitchen and handy board games.

The steep block (did not go well for an elderly person who 2mnths prior had an emergency hip replacement), poor bathroom facilities downstairs (two lots of live fungus in shower) and cooling for over 32 degrees in upstairs bedrooms.
