The hotel is very stylish, aesthetically looking, clean,smells nice and is quiet. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming. The room is spacious, clean and the view from the balcony is also a plus. The breakfast selection was great, as well as the restaurant. The pool area is stunning, very chic, there is possibility to order drinks and food from the bar. The location is amazing, near the beach, a nice walking distance to Santa Eularia. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist sehr schick im Sechzigerjahre Stil eingerichtet. Die Lage mit Zugang zu einem kleinen Strand war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren entzückend eingerichtet. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Une déco superbe et réfléchie dans les moindres détails, du parking à la chambre, en passant par les salles de restauration, l’accueil, etc. Une ambiance totalement dépaysante et propice à la détente avec une musique d’ambiance au top et une odeur agréable dans tout l’hôtel. Un personnel aux petits soins, disponible et souriant. Une petite attention appréciable pour notre chien qui a eu droit à son coussin dans la chambre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec des produits de qualité.

Pas grand chose de négatif à dire. Un parking accessible à tous (et pas seulement pour les suites) serait top. Une poubelle en plus de celle dans la salle de bain serait appréciée.

Hotel con encanto situado en una bahía maravillosa. Tiene un estilo diferente que lo hace especial, con una decoración muy cuidada. La piscina una maravilla, habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas. El personal del hotel destaca por su amabilidad, siempre con una sonrisa y dándote consejos de que ver y que visitar. Sorprendido para bien y para repetir

I loved the location and the overall hotel atmosphere, especially at the pool as I felt transported back to the 50ies &,60ies.

Breakfast was good but it would be great if they varied the food a bit more (every day the same).

La decoración, el interiorismo y la estructura.

La comida y la bebida me parecieron desorbitadas en precio. Además, no me gustó ni lo que comí ni lo que bebí. Goteras en la habitación (era una suite que nos dieron en upgrade), la tv terrestre no se ve (te dicen que se han ido los obreros a medio hacer todo y están en juicios y??? El caso que no se ve), el aire acondicionado no deja de funcionar ni aunque lo apagues, el calor no lo tienen activado porque no tienen máquinas converter… En booking pone que no se admiten animales, hay perros enormes y te dicen que se habrá confundido booking (quienes trabajamos en esto sabemos que esto no va de confusiones sino de la información que se pasa desde el hotel…). El ruido que hay es insoportable, todo gira alrededor de la piscina y ahí hay todo tipo de eventos, músicas y gente dando voces. Esto del ruido también es en la piscina que hay grupos comunicándose a voces y nadie dice nada. Con lo cual todo esto debe ser la sintonía habitual del hotel. Desde luego un hotel para la calma no es. Al personal le faltan formas y eficacia. Le falta bastante para funcionar como debería funcionar un hotel de su clase

Lovely hotel Pros - location and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, and the lunch i had again was wonderful. Good parking facility. Convenient walk to Santa Eulalia Lovely little beach area a few steps below too In summary, for a brand new hotel that is finding its feet it has made a great start!

Cons - for the price of the rooms, the small gym (which needs to be completed, I think) and lack of spa was disappointing. Could do more with the communal space - the record player area is great, but there was an honesty bar advertised but not there when I visited. The evenings didn't have a buzz - more entertainment to draw the guests in would be nice. Again, more cinema nights and complementary exercise classes like yoga and pilates would be a good addition

Beautiful property, with insane aesthetic and design. Gorgeous pool, overlooking the ocean with access to a beach. The themes of the hotel were impeccable and really did you transport you back to the la dolce vita life that Slim Aaron’s captured.

The staff weren’t very helpful and there was inconsistency with the level of service. Understand the hotel is new, and with more training of staff to a higher level this would only elevate the experience for the guest even more.

Hotel recently opening compromising several details like lift not working, wall plugs with wires exposed, lobby carpets stayned, TV not working,...

Breakfast was good. It good be improved especially the bacon. Coffee machinery kept running out of coffee.

They could have provided beds for the beach. The bacon at breakfast was a bit too oily. And the fact house keeping did not replenish the water after it was finished

Great views and facilities

Very low on staff and issues that should not happen. A.K.A. rooms not being ready by checkin time, or even three hours later.

The room was amazing, it's a brand new hotel and all the objects that the hotel has are incredible. The breakfast is a must have.(It also include champagne)

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Pretty to look at, great location, amazing views. We were upgraded to a suite for free which was very kind. Food good but very overpriced. Quality of the sunloungers, bedding and lounge area gives the places a classy luxurious feel. Enjoyed the DJ but would be good for some silence at times.

A lot of teething problems with this hotel. Check in was at 3 but our room was not ready until 5. It states cleaning will be done by 4 daily however when we came up from pool to get ready for dinner at 6:30 the maids were just next door and therefor we passed on our clean as we needed to get ready. This was very inconvenient . Check out is stated at 12 and at 11:45 we received a call to essentially hurry us out which I found to be rude considering how late check in and cleaning services were. Air con wasn’t great but luckily we had a roof fan. Only 1 lift was working and there are definitely some areas of the hotel which need further maintenance as doors were breaking and paint was chipped.

Hotel is very well situated, with great views over the sea, about a 15-minute walk into town. Great pool area and decent breakfast.

Cleaning staff and quality were definitely sub-par - twice our room was not cleaned and we were told this was due to a do not disturb sign being on the day (it definitely wasn't). When cleaned, the room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect of this type of hotel (towels not hung, mugs and glasses not replaced, bin removed and never replaced). However, the reception team were great at following up on this. Two days on our trip the pool area ran out of towels being people had to use their shower towels, and if you're planning on using the gym - the equipment is VERY old and not a wide range of weight choice.

We enjoyed a lot the experience at Mongibello Ibiza! Confortable bed, clean room and great services. The decor brings you to the Amalfi coast, the room we got upgraded for free has a full sea view and the cocktails served by the pool were delicious. We will be back next year for sure!!
